He not only listened to my complaints about my injury, he listen to my thoughts on what I thought might be wrong. He did not dismiss me like other doctors. When you're in pain feeling heard and validated goes a long way. Dr. B was also adaptive. He didn't give up on me when our first plan didn't work. He stuck with me all the way through.
