Dr Jacobson is a good listener and very thorough. I would return to see him. The office reception was confusing and substandard. No greeting when you go into the office or instructions ( like signing in). After sitting for ten minutes they acknowledged my presence, then asked covid questions and took my temp. I think the office could do a better job of greeting patients.

I've seen Dr. Jacobson twice for earwax blockage and hearing loss. He has been thorough and conscientious, gently removing the blockage and testing my hearing. I have recommended him to friends.

Booked an appointment, waited a week, and his office cancelled just a few hours before the appointment!!I've been deaf in my left ear, and really needed to see this guy...what is up with his office and him!!!
