Dr. Crispin has treated my husband and myself. I feel confident in her diagnosing ability, She is professional yet kind.

Without going into too many details for the sake of keeping it short, I found attempting to get 3 prescriptions filled an all day affair. The medical assistant forgot to call them in after an appointment on Thursday, I called the next day, spoke with 2 people in the morning after no response to a voicemail. By 2pm on a Friday afternoon, no one had gotten back to me so I called the Salinas office to try to get a hold of Dr. Crispin before she left for the day. I had an a staph infection on my face and needed to start an antibiotic. The staff in Salinas was helpful & friendly and said someone would be calling me. At 3 pm I get a call from Tina who managed to sound smug, snippy & irritated all at once. She then attempted to turn the tables on me by stating " You can't talk to me that way". The way I sounded was not rude, just thoroughly frustrated. She remained pouty & snippy right to the end of the conversation. Employee of the year.

I got the strong impression that I was irritating her just by being in her exam room. She obviously has a great education, and I’m sure she’s dazzlingly competent at all sorts of uber impressive super important world-shattering dermatologically brilliant skin science, but interacting with patients and giving anything but the most abrupt, intentionally terse, no real information and you’re wasting my precious “Queen of the Dermal Doctors” time answers isn’t one of them. I waited 10 months to finally get into CSI with my insurance, and have what I think are potentially serious subdermal skin lesions that have to be felt, and she only glanced at them as she did a complete tour of my torso in 7 seconds on her way to the door. I got the feeling that whether I lived or died was of zero importance to her. I think she’s attractive, impressive, probably capable, and would love being a Doctor if it weren’t for all those annoying sick people. The DMV is missing an Employee of the Month here.

Reading the reviews I agree the front desk staff has room for approvement, but Dr Crispin and her staff are amazing. I needed surgery for cancer on my nose Nov 2021 and was terrified. Not only did she put me at ease immediately and helped to calm my fears, but she is so proficient and skilled at both the surgery and the aftercare. It's been 2 months and I can barely see the scar and it's healing perfectly! She is not only kind and caring, but very competent and a master at surgery.

The office staff was friendly and efficient, but Dr. Crispin was horrible. She rushed through her exam and didn't give me any time to ask even a single question. She left the exam room in a blink of an eye. I heard her speaking with someone in the hallway, so I asked the medical assistant to request her to come back so I could ask a couple of questions. Dr. Crispin refused to come back into the office and I heard her tell the medical assistant to tell me that I'll be fine. I would never go back to her. Fast forward a year and I receive two text messages telling me about an upcoming appointment. I responded to both saying that I never made the appointment and that I don't want it. A month later, I received a $75 bill for a missed appointment. Ughhh! I've called and written their office and they still haven't solved this.

Best dermatologist I've ever had. At my age on my fourth one. They're scarce and this one is knowledgeable, professional and a perfectionist. Plus she has the looks of actress Kate Hudson!

Very pleasant and capable doctor with excellent credentials. Conducted MOHS procedure to correct a failed attempt from another dermatologist. Extremely thorough and caring individual.

I saw Dr. Crispin late today, 1/11/21, and she was warm, friendly, thorough, and took plenty of time to explain what she was doing and what was going on.....Her CV and credentials are about as good as it gets....I highly recommend this brilliant Doctor...
