I saw Dr. Crispin late today, 1/11/21, and she was warm, friendly, thorough, and took plenty of time to explain what she was doing and what was going on.....Her CV and credentials are about as good as it gets....I highly recommend this brilliant Doctor...

My appointment was scheduled for September but it was cancelled the day before and then rescheduled for October. I went in paid my co-pay and then into the examination room only to be told after meeting with medical assistant that a male doctor would now be seeing me. No one told me that Dr.Crispin wouldn’t be there and that I would be seen by a completely different doctor. I had the other doctor provide a yearly check up and when I got to the front desk I asked about the mix up. They said that they just assumed I would be ok seeing a different doctor since Crispin is out and that I could schedule a new appointment with Cripsin in January but would have to pay for an additional visit. I said I had a few questions for her that I specifically scheduled the appointment with her and waited 3 months to see her so I asked if she could call me when she is back in the office and they said that isn’t an option and I would have to pay again which my insurance won’t cover. I am very frustrated.

She was extremely rude and could care less about my chronic skin condition! She made my skin look worse then it initially was. I would not trust her with anything!

I am so impressed with Dr. Crispin. She is an exceptional physician. Dr. Crispin is warm and engaging and thorough in her examination and diagnosis. I could not recommend her more highly. She is amazing!

I am dumbfounded by the lack of interest Dr. Miléne Crispin showed in my concerns, which were serious. She had no interest in listening to me or trying to understand my symptoms and history. I had to actually ask her to examine my skin. and at a glance, she made her conclusions. Dr. Crispin is the worst and most dismissive doctor I have ever been to. If you have actual dermatological concerns DO NOT waste your time with her. Find a doctor that will care and listen, which is NOT Dr. Crispin.
