Staff are well knowledgeable about their jobs. The physicians are kind and thorough. Keep up the great work, I've been a nurse for 40 years and I was very impressed.

I am happy with my cardiologist here. The whole montage system is horribly flawed. Getting a call from montage the day before my doctor appointment wanting me to call and get an emergency appointment for an ultrasound of my heart before the doctor appointment the next day was completely out of line. If an ultrasound was needed I should've been notified well in advance of my appointment. As a result it became my responsibility to get an appointment for the ultrasound and then my responsibility to call back and reschedule my doctor appointment. To me, this was a clear mistake on the part of montage and they tried to cover it up by having me rush for an ultrasound that was impossible for me to do. Overall the whole montage health system is not patient friendly or easy to maneuver around.October 6,2019Just an update, the day after I posted this review I received a telephone call from the Office Manager of Montage to discuss my review. She wanted to know what and how things transpired. I was glad she reached out and was willing to listen. I learned during our conversation that it is now the responsibility of the patient to make threir own appointments for Ultra Sounds, etc. This was the first I learned of this and after thinking about this for a long time I need to express my concerns. Firstly, I had no knowledge, nor did I receive any notification from Montage that I was now responsible for scheduling my own Ultra Sound tests. Frankly, I was taken back. There was no scheduling from the doctor's assistant either. So as much as I would like to ad stars to this review I can not. I will see my doctor this week and discuss this situation with him and his staff. This is not supporting the patient. It is adding stress. Thank you.

Had a great experience with Cardiology Nurse Practitioner Kim Godsey, MSN-ACNP-BC. She took a lot of time with me going over my records and listening to my concerns. She's an excellent addition to the staff.

The Dr's here are great. The ladies at the front desk not so much. There are no greetings, good mornings or even a smile. They treat you like a number. They're grumpy. Like they hate their jobs. They really need classes on customer service.
