Drs all late, sometimes 1 hour or more and they won’t bother to give you a call or send a text message about it so you don’t have to wait in the lobby. Billing department is a mess, charging you for things that they shouldn’t be. You have to call to be fixed. Responses on mychart are poor. Sometimes they forget to respond to your messages. Don’t you guys have a program manager or something?!

The office staff are unprofessional and disorganized. They also rarely answer the phone and I’m frequently waiting about a half hour for someone to answer. They also say the submit refills but the pharmacy always confirms they didn’t send a refill.

The Montage Medical Group office at Ryan Ranch is ridiculous. Front desk was rude and unhelpful. Dr. Ataie was also not very much help and caused a delay in my mothers time sensitive care. Very disappointed with this office and doctor.

I highly recommend to most of them to work at McDonald's only especially for the Manager Liliana. She can be great at washing flores. Customer service is terrible. They can insult you or kick you out of the building any time. No one ever gets fired their unprofessional managers are always ready to protect their employees. Unsincerely, Timur>>M<<

I have tried many times and waited more than 35/22/37 minutes each time to someone answer my phone/pick up to make an appointment, no one pick the phone.😳

Friendly people who actually Care!

Waited 6 months for a new patient appointment. Dr Meckel asked background questions, was afraid to touch me, recommended a procedure that he admitted was unnecessary but ticked off a box. I tried to ask questions about personal health concerns and he dismissed me stating that I needed to make another appointment if I needed more time. No appointments available for 2 months. I am now panicked about my future health. He spoke to me as if I were a child, left me feeling unsettled.

Appointment set up, records transfer from my previous doctor and insurance issues were professionally completed very quickly. Pre exam BP, weight current issues completed efficiently. Dr Klassen identified problems and developed treatment plan in a friendly and efficient manner. Very happy with this practice.

2 months to get an appointment with my pcp. my doctor wrote down blatantly false information in my notes (i assume so they can increase their billings to my insurance), and is now not following up with me about test results and further appointments, even though i have called the office multiple times.

I was hesitant to maintain my initial appointment here due to the suboptimal ratings but I must say my experience was excellent. The receptionists were very friendly and I didn’t wait long to see my new provider Dr Meckel, who was also very pleasant and thorough. The office was beautiful and clean. I will certainly be back!
