Very personable and on time service! My appointment with Dr. Gularte at Monterey Spine and Joint was at 8:45 a.m. At 8:44 I sat down in a chair in the MSJ waiting area. At 8:45 an assistant called my name and led me to a consultation room. She reviewed my profile and entered the reasons for my visit into the MSJ data system. She left and at 8:50 a.m. Dr. Gularte came into the room. He politely asked me some questions about my problem and concerns, and he performed a few strength and range of motion tests. After that we discussed next steps, and Dr. Gularte thanked me for coming in. Before leaving I commended him and MSJ for the prompt, respectful service. He and his assistant chuckled, and the doctor said "It's easier to be on time this early in the morning."
