RUN...Do not make the same mistake that I did. I had the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a dentist (and I've been to western dental). This Doctor does not have any patience. His bedside manner couldn't be worse. I went this morning to have a tooth pulled. This tooth has been in pain lately. Because I was expressing the fact that I was in pain, he continued to get upset with me. He threatened to stop working on me 3 times during the 30 minute procedure. He raised his voice asking if I thought he was a magician and finally he threw his gloves on the table and walked out. I literately felt like I was in a nightmare. I couldn't believe how unprofessional he was. Take my advice, this dentist is awful.

Many thanks to Dr Silva who graciously worked us in. My mother had a bad toothache and needed a wisdom tooth removed. He took us back and helped work her in as she was in pain. I drove five hours to take her so I really appreciated not having to come back a second time. He was kind and gentle and he has a nice bedside manner. I highly recommend Dr. Silva.

Extra caring and friendly dentist. They took me in as an emergency case right away when other dentists turned me away, not caring about the pain I was in. Prices are very fair. Dr. Silva is extremely competent and knowledgeable and put me right at ease with his warm and confident bedside manner. The office staff are very friendly. My procedure was quick and smooth, far better than I would have hoped! I would recommend this dentist to anyone needing oral surgery. It was honestly the best experience at a dentist I have ever had. A+

My daughter went to Dr. Silva, and he was very disrespectful towards her using remarks such as "she needs to man up" and "next time I'll just strap her ass down". My daughter recalls him using direct and aggressive behavior saying "this is not how I run my business". This is not how I would imagine a "professional", if that's what he is, would treat his clients or others within the liking. He really does need an attitude check, and if this persists I advise his practice to be shut down and his license removed.

I be been to Dr Silva for three different procedures over a ten year period. In the earlier years, I would have agreed with some of the negative reviews about the front desk personnel. HOWEVER, he now has a fabulous front office team who are friendly and helpful and done a great job with all the COVID protocols. His dental assistants have always been very professional, efficient and comforting. And finally, Dr Silva is a fantastic oral surgeon! He is a stickler for detail, explains everything, is friendly and courteous and always on time. It has always amazed me that after every procedure I've had, I expected a few days of discomfort, and I've never had any! Had an implant yesterday and felt fine that evening!

It was the worst experience ever. My teenage daughter, was having her wisdom teeth removed. After I was told the surgery was over I had to ask to see my daughter 30 minutes later. Dr Silva, was beyond annoyed that my daughter obviously had a bad reaction to the Anesthesia. She was crying, confused and asking for me And profusely apologizing because it was obvious Dr. Silva was very upset with her behavior. In front of me he told her how "immature" she was ! She needed a wheelchair to get to the car because she was so ill clearly having a bad reaction to the Anesthesia. Which I understand is quite common and not unusual. His behavior however was completely out of line and so upsetting to both of us. The next day when I confronted him he said her immaturity was "his observation " never Apologized. I will never, ever recommend him!
