Dr. Klassen, after a lengthy follow-up appointment, readily impressed me as one of the most competent, highly experienced, educated and personable physicians I have been treated by in my entire life (82 years). I am completely at ease and enjoying the remainder of my life knowing full well that in Dr. Klassen I have finally found a physician who fully supports me and unquestionably has my best interests at heart!

Rush service. He mentioned that other patients are waiting for him. Told my grandpa that he is going to die in 2 years. No, he won't. I promise you Mr Klassen. Reaching him on the phone is useless. His medical assistant did not let me in without any reason. She is rude and acts like she's on her period. She doesn't have a right to do that. I am my grandpa's caregiver and I always speak for him. His memory is getting worse. He can't even answer any question asked by a doctor. Jasmine you have to fix this. Every time I try to reach you, you are at the meeting. Dr Klassen is an excellent doctor. He is thorough, careful and extremely well versed in his profession. So far, I feel safe with his care.

My husband had a virtual appointment today with Dr. Klassen. He could not have been more helpful and accommodating. He listened and asked appropriate questions. We never felt rushed. We were very satisfied with our visit with him.

Within 20 seconds of meeting Dr. Klassen, he told me that we would have to be quick with our meeting because he had his other patients to attend to and that they would get “pissed off” if they waited too long. The whole experience felt rushed and on top of that, he was very vague with the answers to my concerns.

Dr. Klasses has a PhD in Chemistry from the MIT, besides been a doctor. He is extremely smart and kind.

Horrible, unprofessional office and doctor. Rude, unhelpful, zero logic as humans. Avoid at all costs. I ended up using cerebral.com bc care in our area is a joke.

FIVE scheduled appointments and so far the office calls the NIGHT BEFORE to say the doctor is not available and needs to REschedule. My husband and I have not been able to see a family doctor even with a referral from our cardiologist. MONTAGE get it together please
