Great customer service from everybody that helped me, and I like how honest and direct the dentist is.

I am so sorry to post this. The Doctor is a lovely man but his front office staff is sub-par. I have had some surgical procedures with a Maxilofacial surgeon due to broken facial bones. I was sent here for a set of dentures. FYI - Adjustment of dentures that don't fit is classified as "follow-up". I called ahead and was told that it would be "no charge". The teeth didn't stay in place at all. After my appointment, Dr. Iranmanesh asked me to come back in 2 days because he couldn't correct the problem during the time allotted. For me, that meant, I was leaving "toothless". The office personnel didn't realize there was yet another appointment needed and attempted to charge me over $800 that they said needed to be paid before I left. When I asked why, I was told that was because he had to do "extra work". They didn't delineate what "extra" was done. I refused and waited in the waiting room until they could talk to the doctor...that was about 20 minutes. The front office person came back out and said, "OK, the Doctor said no charge and we'll see you in 2 days". One of the other office people commented that I should still pay $89.00 for the "office visit". The office people disagreed with themselves. Ultimately, after consulting with the doctor (another few minutes of my time), I was allowed to leave without paying. Please keep in mind that when a dentist makes dentures for you, any adjustments and appointments for adjustments are generally not charged for. Wherever you may go, make sure that is the case. Dr. Iranmanesh is great and very accommodating. However, I'm beginning to wonder if his staff is on some form of commission. I felt very uncomfortable. (Thanks for reading.)

Ripped me off & released me without notice from practice. I decided after 1st consultation to have my teeth straightened with braces at Abdoney, then capped by Dr. Iranamesh. After orthodontia finished 18 months later, I had a 2nd consultation w/Dr. Iranamesh where my husband & I then agreed to my treatment plan & signed up for financing with the office manager. Rather than paying the total cost in one big bang up front, we decided to do it in chunks as we moved along with the treatment plan. This kept costs managed rather than being just a big bag of money.I received a big chunky plastic bite extender to open my bite Nov 12. Dr Iranamesh said that I needed to wear it for 6 months. I was offered an appt for 6 days later (18th) to adjust it in case it pinched or felt uncomfortable. I called & told the office that I didn't need it adjusted on that day because it felt fine. I never heard from the office again. I wore the bite extender every day for 6 months & never received one call again from Dr. Iranamesh. I was charged $2,000.Today, I went to the office because I called to find out what was going on. It had been 6 months & nobody had contacted me for next steps. The office manager told me I was released & no longer a patient. When was I released? Nov 18th, 6 days after I was given the bite extender.She gave me illogical reasons like missed calls after the 1st consultation while I was undergoing orthodontic treatment 2 years earlier with the orthodontist before I was even a patient of Dr. Iranamesh. She had no valid reason. They had never even sent me any form of communication informing me I had been released. Dr. Iranamesh also refused to speak with me. There was no logic, because this was not based on good faith or logic. They did this on purpose. When I insisted to speak with Dr. Iranamesh, they threatened to call the police. Very, very shady.My suspicion is that they wanted that big up-front lump sum payment. As a consumer, we all know where that leads.... I suppose not being willing to write a blank check made me a customer they didn't want. I am very angry now. Time and money wasted, but perhaps not as bad as it could potentially have been. My search for someone reputable & ethical now begins.

Very educated and nice

Overall mediocre quality of service, i.e. I felt like I was more of a customer in a 'buyer beware' upcharge shop than a patient. The Doc tried to pad the bill at every opportunity with overkill diagnostic test add-ons and suggested multiple return visit procedures that he admitted had poor statistical success rates. The operator at one of the diagnostic machine stations failed to sanitize the equipment before using it on me and I had to point out the residual makeup left on the face pad of the machine from the previous customer. Yuk! NO ONE USED PURELL or otherwise washed their hands before working on me.
