A true gentleman. 100% in all areas. He doesn’t talk down to you, and tells you like it is. Kind and readily provides easy to understand, but detailed, information. He would make a wonderful teacher. I wish I had Dr. Mann for all my health issues. His hard working MOA is wonderful too. Very efficient and friendly.

I found Dr. Mann to be very kind and patient, taking the time to explain things to me. (I also loved his beautiful black hair and gorgeous shirts!!) I had occasion to contact his office thirteen years after my surgery and the staff were extremely helpful and efficient. He is a true gentleman.

Best Doctor in the field in Victoria. Most knowledgeable doctor in the room when I had major complications after open heart surgery. You would be lucky to have him as your Cardiologist.

Dr. Mawn has been my doctor for nearly twenty years, and I have absolutely every confidence in her. She takes time with me, shows respect, asks questions, and truly cares about me. Best of all, she takes care of complaints on the spot, without endless referrals and additional appointments. Just the best.

Dr. Mann was thorough in both explaining my condition and options in terms a layman could understand. He is extremely knowledgeable and coupled with his fabulous listening skills makes him a wonderful doctor. I count my self very fortunate to have Dr. Mann as my cardiologist.

Have had open heart 3 times in 45 years. Dr Mann has explained my circumstances more thoroughly & given me a better understanding of the condition that an other Cardiologist I have been to. He is warm, caring, and human; not just a scientist.
