First and last experience with Dr. Jones.I was wearing a mask( early in the pandemic) that had a valve.When Dr. Jones walked in,she had a complete meltdown and began hyperventilating ( not exaggerating)and stood out in the hallway because I was wearing a mask with a valve and also asked me to mask my son.The mandate was 2 and older and my son was just a little over a year old. She refused to come into the room until my son was masked and I had a throwaway mask on.She said she was going to get both of us masks. She came back and handed me the masks while turning her head and visibly holding her breath.She told me she was going to shut the door and to let her know when our masks were on. She then proceeded to go on a several minute rant on how she was going to speak with her staff regarding the mask policy.Apparently we should have never made it past the lobby. In my professional opinion, this doctor is suffering from PTSD. Her behavior and reaction reminded me of when I worked at the VA

I met Dr. Jones for the first time as a patient yesterday. She is an amazing doctor that has a great bedside manner. She got me to a specialist in record time. I could go on for a longtime about her professionalism and her wonderful caring attitude. I am 65 years old and after one visit she is my all time favorite.
