I took my son in today for a sinus cold and slight shortness of breath very nice staff but tried to make me pay money even though I had Insurance. I normally pay a $40.00 copay for urgent care they wanted me fo pay $40 copay + $165 evaluation + any other expenses for services needed???I asked them to double check and she said thats correct so we left without being seen because I couldnt afford that.Called my insurance and I was correct it should have only been a $40 copayBeware I wonder how many other people have paid it in desperation not knowing better.

Went in with my boyfriend a few days ago for covid testing. It was a fast checkIn amp they were quick with the results They are a very kind staff amp they all make sure youre set before you head out Would recommend

My review was removed apparently I crossed the line with my detail. None the less this place is horrible. I would not recommend it to anyone. The level of service was extremely unprofessional.

Incompetent. Needed a covid test with lab results. Results came back quickly with the wrong birthday no passport number and no demographic info all of which I provided and any of which would have been helpful to clarify identity of the test taker in the event other details like birthday were wrong. Three phone calls the next day three promises to contact the lab to get it fixed. Zero results. Refused to provide the labs contact info so I could just do it myself. They arent meaningfully different than scam artists selling fake vaccine cards test results except the scam artists charge less and dont put things up my nose.

We needed to get a covid test today and went to MUC.The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and in less than a half hour we luckily had our results....negative. I was truly impressed with their operation.

Was supposed to be open until 7 went in before 6 and said sorry were done for the day and there was only 1 person in the office. Not a very urgent urgent care. Save the time and go somewhere else

Jessica and the staff here are amazingly nice. I called here yesterday and immediately Jessica was willing to take time and help me out to make sure my services were covered by my insurance. I got in and out pretty fast and this has become my new go to urgent care. Id give them 10 stars if I could .

3 hour wait in your car for a rapid covid test. This place seemed short staffed and the lady working in the front today treated us like just another number.
