Rude staff, unprofessional. My dad finally left to find another doctor.

He was rude to my mother and did not listen to what we were asking for, he said he's never had to really deal with FMLA so maybe he dosen't know how it works but he charged us for invalid paperwork. I want any information to write a grievance against him.

Steer clear of this doctor. My mom had an appointment scheduled in April and has received care from Tan for years. She's been on the same medications well before seeing this doctor, but ran out in the interim of her appointment scheduled in April. After calling his office asking for a refill of the prescription in the meantime - he says : "go to urgent care". Yikes! Is this about your bottom line doc or do you simply not care? Nonetheless, unprofessional and disappointing. Don't go here, find yourself another family doctor.

Dr. Tan is a great doctor and attends to your needs. I love Esther who is one of his staffs. If not for his front desk staff, i would rate it at 4.5. He has a front desk staff that lacks bedside manners, extremely rude. She should be a back desk personnel not a front desk.

My husband & I have had Dr. Tan for several years, and he not only listens to all your concerns, he will ask the right questions, and gets to the why are you having these health issues, we also love the staff, they are friendly and always helpful. Thank you Dr. Tan & staff for taking great care of me & my husband.

Dr. Tan has been my doctor for over 5 years, he's very patient with his patient? He's very accommodating, we love doctor Tan

When my insurance changed I chose Dr. Tan as my PCP. When I tried to make my first appointment I was told I had to wait 3 months because I was a new patient. I have been taking a certain prescription medicine for years and although I was going to run out prior to the 3 months, his office staff would not schedule anything sooner and would not allow me to get a renewal until I had been seen. Because of this I had to change my PCP to a doctor that would be able to see me in a timely manner

1. Getting an appointment is a joke. And if you do get an appointment he changes it because of different reasons then when you can't make it you get charged. 2. You take tests and he nor his staff ever read them you will not get any followups if you need medication. Ex: Wife called to see why it has been months since my last test results and the office never called. The office, & doctor, tell you everything is fine but the results say my A1C is high. No meds needed, THEY DON'T CARE!! AVOID PLSE
