Moreno Valley Community Health Center does not have an adequate amount of comments to generate the sentiment analysis.
I am so happy I switched my primary to this place! Wow! Everyone in the building from the friendly front desk people, to the cheerful Security guy, to the lab desk...They were ALL so friendly and helpful! Dr. Derrick Nguyen was so kind and caring! His nurse was a doll! And the lady in the lab was fast, yet painless! Great place! Great people! SO nice to find people that care! I am truly here to stay! Thank you!
I am so pleased with this establishment. From the moment you walk in the receptionist and security greet with kindness and respect. Every department that I have come in contact with is amazing, polite, respectful, and efficient. Medical, Labs, nurse and especially Dr. Erskine she is astonishing. I trust mine and my families care here.
I don't like to write bad reviews on Yelp but I want to give some advice to the clinic and doctor but I want to talk about my experiences at this clinic. My doctor that day was a resident doctor Yang. She was my doctor one time 4 years ago at another clinic at the Moreno Valley hospital when she was doing her internship. I want to give my opinion about everything. The ladies in front were not very fast. I spent more time in front than I spent with the resident doctor Yang spent with me. My first time seeing her today with her was the nurse was putting me in a room. I saw the doctor taking pictures of herself. I was confused but my children also do sometimes. The nurse was very nice and show she cares. Everything was good until resident doctor Yang came in. She right away start to talk to me in Spanish. I had said my prefer language was English. I am not sure why she did that. I asked her if she could speak to me in English. She said "it's ok I understand Spanish."I got mad because of this. She did not seem to have a understanding of what she had done. She spent more time trying to tell me what was wrong with me than to listen to my problems. This is my second visit with her in 4 years and am disappointed. I have seen other resident doctors who were very good but they left after 2 years. I had made the appointment with resident doctor Yang because she has been there a resident doctor for a long time. I thought she would know more but no this was not the case. I am very sad and mad in my time at this clinic.
Most of the doctors at this center are very limited and inadequate. Like for example, Dr. Dong Mai Tran-he cannot tell the truth to save his life. He will lie about things that are so blatantly and obviously not true, he would probably tell people that the sky is green! On one occasion Dr. Dong Mai Tran forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy on a Friday...so I had to go without my medication over the weekend, and the next week. Because he still kept telling me he was sending it in, everyone at the pharmacy including the pharmacist point blank told me he was a big liar! I ultimately had to start all over again and make a brand new family care appointment at a completely different clinic. Dr. Tran is also extremely rude and disrespectful, I feel sorry for anyone who gets stuck with him as their provider.
NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. EVEN THE OPERATOR IS UNAVAILABLE.
This clinic is unprofessional the wait time is ridiculous nurses knows nothing..very poor services i would never recommend them to anyone
THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!
If you are a women of color DO NOT GO HERE FOR PRENATAL CARE!! This is Clinic is definitely one of the places that should be investigated for how they treat and care for women of color.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
