Moreno Valley Family Health Center's Online Review Report Card

I'm giving 4**** just got off the phone & the nice kind woman was very helpful. Yes almost a month due to being new myself. Taken my son numerous times though and never encountered these issues that other people are saying. I'll give my other star though when my appointment comes up in July. My experience thus far excellent.

New doctor every time like a revolving door.Prescribed this medication:"Ozempic Lawsuit – Gallbladder Compensation, Settlement & Legal HelpThe Ozempic clinical trials resulted in 90% of patients reporting cholelithiasis coded as a serious event requiring cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal)".Wow! This place is hanging by a thread!

Called this morning to schedule an appointment the dumb broad who answered the phone wrote down my phone number wrong, my name wrong and my dob wrong. I called 15 mins past my scheduled appointment and the front office chick Michelle all with an attitude said the dr is no longer available to take you for an appointment. I'm not the one who wrote the crap down wrong and my phone number is probably the easiest number to remember and my last name is common so idk how they messed that up. ADVICE drug test the girls answering your phones, they're dumb as rocks! Definitely won't try here again!

I bring my whole family to this location. We come here for everything. Our doctors, our dentist, chiropractor. We have never had any problems or experienced any sort of unprofessionalism like my husband did today from the optometrist. Patricia, was her name. In what profession is it ok to hang up on someone ?? Completely uncalled for and unprofessional. If ur still sick you should have stayed home with that attitude.

The doctor and Patricia Viscovich, the optometry clinic manager are truly earth Ángels! Patricia has melted our hearts with her sweet and attentive care! She is so diligent and goes beyond 5 stars worth! If I could rate her service a trillion stars I would! Her care for me was beyond my expectations but how she care for my mother (who's a Spanish speaker) is what makes my heart smile! Despite the language barrier, my Mother's every need is met and she walks away feeling like she's received the best and most conscientious customer service, ever! Thank you for being you Patricia! Sorry, I took so long to write a review! I've been slammed with homework! Take care and continue to be the kind and lovely lady that you are!

They never answer the phone, I've been trying for two weeks. It's already hard enough to reach out and get help for mental health, no one needs you guys being impossible to get ahold of on top of that. After this experience, and after reading the overwhelmingly negative reviews, I'm going back to my doctor to get a referral for another place far from this one.

Very smooth and easy process! Had no problems checking in and was in and out in no time. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and even had the office manager alex stop by and ask if everything was going okay and told me if i needed anything to let them know. Would very much recommend!

My experience here was great. The wait time was decent and the nurses attended me with kindness. As well for the the girls working in the front. The place is nice and clean. When I called to make an appointment they gave me a time I could work with and I even called to reschedule for a same day appointment and I was happy that they were able to see me the same day!

My son and I have been coming to this health center for years and we love it. The staff and management are all very nice and helpful. We will never go anywhere else.
