Rosemarie Tweed's Online Review Report Card

We are still somewhat new to moreno valley I started taking my kids to Dr. Tweed and it is always a great experience and its super clean the doctors listen and my youngest gets MRSA from time to time and the doctors are great about how fast they act on giving her an antibiotic where as it took 3 different doctors at our old location to finally diagnose her and that ended in surgery so to say the least these are doctors that actually care Im so glad I found them ?

My Family I absolutely love Dr.Tweed . Been going to her for three years now no complaints. we had concerns with our sons speech and 2 days later we got a call stating she referred us to a program .Couldnt thank her enough she listens shes attentive very professional along with Dr.Jesse Tweed as well . You can tell shes very seasoned in her career

I have been coming to Dr. Rosmarie tweed for a couple of months now for my daughter. At our last appointment we wanted to see if she could look at our daughters ear since we have been noticing some blood. The nurses came back in and told us that Dr. Tweed said if she wanted her to check my daughters ear we would have to schedule another appointment since we only came in for immunization. I was so upset because it would take 1 minute just to check her ear to make sure she is okay. When we walked out dr. Tweed was just talking to her staff and we were the only patients there. We are in the process to switching new doctors since this is so unprofessional and it seems they don’t care about the kids.

Have been coming to Dr. Tweed since my son was born. Now a little over 2 years. Before coming to Dr. Tweed I had gone to several other Drs. The care and attention was not very good. Always had over a hour wait to be seen and never close appointments Since coming to Dr. Tweed I have always been treated good and received excellent care. Most of the time that my son needs to be seen I get appointments. They try to work with me and my schedule. I am also patient with them in some things because from working in the medical field I do know the other end of it. I am always greeted nicely when I walk in. And my son loves his nurses when he goes to the back Dr. Tweed is very kind and patient when I come in. Have also seen Dr. J Tweed also very friendly and kind. Overall they are both awesome Drs and I also switched my older son to their office. Dr. Tweed is always recommended to my friends and family

My children have been going to Dr Tweed for yesrs. She is fine but tends to treat the parents as if we know nothing and we are idiots. Her office help is so incompetent and dont follow through. I guess using a fax machine is not in the job requirements. They expect the parents to do their jobs. Terrible and frustrating Finally changing Drs. Long over due

She is the best. Both my children were born premature 15 years later their doing great. Dr. Tweed is competent compassionate and knowledgeable my only complaint is that she cant see adults. I would love to have her as my primary. At least my kids have the best.

I brought my 3 month old in for a well baby visit and immunizations without any issues or fuss. The staff I encountered were more than courteous and Dr. Tweed was both knowledgeable and caring. After my son was immunized they even let me use the room to nurse him. While Im not one to complain my only gripe was not seeing a designated area for sick children. There was a play area separated by a glass wall however so I assumed that was the well child side but I wasnt sure. All in all I would definitely recommend this doctor office to anyone with an infant or child.

I liked her at first but after 2 times I witnessed that she wouldnt wash her hands or put latex gloves on when checking my sons private area I switched. That is so unprofessional unsanitary especially for a 1 year old.

The service while waiting is fine and nothing special. What is absolutely unacceptable is that I had been going to her for over two years complaining about a variety of symptoms and she would not even examine me where I had pain. She simply brushed off my symptoms as if they were nothing. I would pay money to be in there no more than ten minutes and to be dismissed without any answers. Finally after consistent doctors visits for the same issues she actually did something about it. She said that normally when teenagers I was underage the time go in complaining of pain she ignores them and then their pain goes away. She was insinuating that teenagers just overexaggerate. She finally referred me to multiple specialists and I was told I was suffering from a disease which was causing the symptoms that I kept describing to Dr. Tweed. Thankfully i was able to start treatment right away and it was nothing lifethreatening if not I would have been dead from her consistent belittling of my symptoms. I have not visited her office since and changed doctors promptly.

They seem to care about the kids. I have preemie twins and a 3 year old and they are kind and gentle with them. They did poke one of the babies during their 2 month shots and she bled pretty bad never seen so much blood from a shot. Overall good doctor.
