I would rate negative 5 stars if I could. When they say it takes 7 to 10 business days for a document, they really mean 2 weeks. It's has happened 3 times exactly since last November. I hate the staff here, they're like terrible waitresses. Will definitely not be coming back here. You have been warned.

I've taken all 6 of my children here and have always had great care .. We have been coming here for 19 years now .

I do see a lot of people saying this office is bad. But Dr schwartz is the kindest doctor I’ve ever had. The staff is a bit hard to deal with at times. But he is an amazing doctor. I live with chronic migraines and back pain. He’s been the only doctor to actually listen to me and truly care for his patients. If u can manage to get through the staff (not all of them are bad, some are but not all. I wish I could remember the good ones names. I think Natalie is one of them) if u want a acting doctor. It would be him. Also, record all appointment made. I’ve made appointment in the past, and shown up to be told that it was never scheduled. Make sure to ask for a name and record it!!!!

Receptionist have big attitude aside from one Libby or kiddy idk her name. They always lose paperwork and act like they really don't want to be there. I like Lori but these girls in the front office all need retraining or to be replaced. So over them.

I have been going to this office for many years, I have seen a great transformation in the front office staff. They are caring, courteous, nice, they don't play, they aren't nasty to patients they're friendly they are awesome! The doctors and nurses have always had empathy for their patients as well as compassion they care, they have Always been on point in the back office. They care about the well being of their patients and they take time with you they care!!! They're full of compassion and they don't sugar coat anything. I can always count on them to take good care of me. You guys rock, you're awesome, God bless all the staff.

I’ve been going to this office for almost 2 years and even during a pandemic it’s always been a good experience. I have had many drs and I can’t say this one is the fanciest office or that they answer every phone call promptly (again, pandemic=low staff=they are gonna miss a few calls, that’s with every office) but they are consistent and helpful, super sweet and I don’t believe for a second that any of the nurses have ever been rude to any patient unless that patient was being ridiculously rude first. These recent reviewers (from 2020 and on) need to remember that we are in the middle of a pandemic, it’s not “unprofessional” it’s the best they can do atm and those people need a reality check

I would give this office zero stars if I could. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. The staff does not communicate with each other. The doctor do not know up from down. DO NOT GO HERE!

The worst doctors office I’ve ever been to been going to the doctors office for a little over six years everybody is rude there I am going through a miscarriage and I can’t even speak to my doctor it takes weeks for me to see a doctor or to even talk to a doctor at this location the most horrible service I’ve ever had I will never come back to this place ever again they are horrible!!!!!!!!!! Never become in here ever again I am switching doctors as we speak this place is horrible
