I have seen NUMEROUS DOCTORS for my chronic condition and Dr Watson office was the ONLY office who treated me as an individual (mother, wife, etc) and gave me back my ability to live a normal life again. Night and day difference in my chronic headaches, body pain, neck pain and cognitive ability to perform every day tasks. I wish I would have done this five years ago. They have an incredibly knowledgeable, kind staff who also specialize and work with pregnant women as well. I can’t thank them enough. I am so grateful to have found them, my whole family thanks them as well. They haven’t seen me feel this “normal” in years.
I went to the office because of a work injury. Dr. Watson was able to tell me what was wrong the very same day. I appreciate his office staff also because they really cared. I will b a patient for life.
Heather was very helpful, I didn’t give her a large time window and she found a spot for me in such short notice. Will be referring them to my family.
My name is Giovanni Barricelli D.C. and I am going to write this as a chiropractor who urgently needed to see a chiropractor and the efficiency and efficacy of his work. These are the things people really want to know as they search for chiropractors because they are taking a risk and want to be assured they not only don't get hurt, but that the outcome desired is wellness...not rhetoric. Dr. Watson uses different techniques than I use in my clinic, but I trusted his 30+ years of experience and his soft adjustment techniques. His Leander Table is not imposing, and for myself who has an S.I. joint and lower lumbar issue , it was quite soothing. I already knew what my issues were, and without me leading him into a diagnosis, he quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue. So what is important to me as a patient? Knowledge without useless rhetoric, diagnose the issue properly and sufficiently and properly getting to the chief complaint to resolve that issue in the most timely manner. Check marks on all those boxes. His pleasing personality was simply an added bonus for me. I know from experience, it can be a bit nerve racking adjusting a chiropractor because we all have our own techniques and are used to our own hands...not others. And we know, whether we like it or not, we are being judged. I am not one to easily give good reviews. I am exceedingly picky. However it was imperative for a doctor of this calibur to be spoken of by his peer, in a manner that a new person who has never been to a chiropractor can feel at ease with their decision of seeing Dr. Watson. 5stars was an easy decision for me. Doc G.
I went there, it's a very busy office with at least three front office employees, you are paying for all that staff! Heather was helpful in taking info to verify my claim for them to bill but then she never called me back (it's been a couple weeks now) so I gave up and went to Dr. Becker who I am very happy with. I have been to many chiropractors, I imagine the doctor himself could be very talented but these over-staffed types of offices tend to run a lot of patients through. If you have insurance paying then you probably don't care about the cost. If you are out-of-pocket like me then you might want to find a smaller office that can give more individual attention. Again, the doc might be great but with the lack of callback, I wasn't happy with the customer service. Another employee there got snippy with me when I simply tried to leave my insurance person a voicemail about the billing, I called from inside the office when there were no other patients there and was ordered out of the office. I was not speaking any louder than their staff when they are on the phone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
