I had two office visits with Yamamoto. He didn't show up on both cases. Instead, his nurse practitioner saw me. But his nurse practitioner did not treat me nicely. The second visit took less than 5 minutes and I got no real help from him. Even worse, the follow up procedure to the x ray results was unpleasant nether due to the slow and unprofessional response from his nurse practitioner. Based on the bad experience with Yamamoto's office, I decided to switch to a new doctor in Palo Alto medical center. I got very nice treatment from the new doctor. Please avoid to come to Mountain View medical center. Instead, go to Palo Alto medical center. You will feel the huge difference.

I recently had hip surgery. He has an excellent disposition and the entire operation experience was fantastic for a first timer like me! I'm in my early 40's and a very active lifestyle. He put my mind at ease and walked me through the process. The post - op staff was amazing at El camino hospital and they really made me laugh. My new hip feels great and finally walking "properly" after so many years. Thank you, Dr Yamamoto and your team for making this a painful situation to an AWESOME one!

Dr Yamamoto and his team have been phenomenal through the whole process. I had a hip replacement surgery done at El Camino Hospital and Dr Yamamoto was very professional and I felt like they were so good with communication. I knew what to expect every time and it went so smoothly. I am doing a great recovery and expect to feel 200% better than before. I highly recommend Dr Yamamoto and his team. Thank you.

I had a MRI and it shows I have a bucket handle tear in my knee. I went to see Dr. Yamamoto for consultation.He walked in, told me it is not a bucket handle tear and there is nothing he can do. Then he walked out in 2 minutes. He did not give me explanation and did not check my knee. Very disappointed. I went for another doctor in another facility and confirmed it is bucket handle tear but no need for immediate surgery. I also got detailed explanation of the tear and why I don't need a surgery right now.

Dr Yamamoto operated twice on my broken leg. He explained the fracture, showed me X-ray pictures of my leg, talked about long term consequences, gave short and long term recommendations. Everything we can ask for an orthopedic surgeon ! He treats human beings and cares. Him and his staff are super nice, I really recommend them !
