I am so worse off than I was pre-surgery. I have DAILY pain and am mad at myself for choosing Dr. Sue. Aggressive surgical plan with no non-invasive alternatives tried first. He broke a screw off in my metatarsal (now I have 2.5 screws there instead of 2). Fused and pinned 2 toes to straighten but they didn't straighten at all. I wanted to start off saying how much I've enjoyed being a Sutter Health customer and have really enjoyed my doctors, hoping that they will be at Sutter for a long time. However, I went to see this podiatrist with an issue on my foot and his responses to my questions were very curt, like he didn't appreciate that I was asking him questions. It was such an unpleasant experience that I eventually I stopped talking, thanked him and left. He didn't treat my problem but gave me a bandaid solution. Now I'm back a few years later, needing to make another appointment with a different podiatrist. I definitely don't want to go back to this guy again. My problem has grown to the point where it's now painful to walk. This podiatrist wasn't patient nor attentive. It just seemed like he could care less about one of his patients. This was definitely not a usual Sutter Health experience.

Dr. Sue has taken very good care of my foot. He did my foot surgery and it was successful.

He is the best podiatrist. I wish I could recommend him to anyone with foot problems. My foot was badly messed up after 2 previous surgeries by 2 different doctors, a podiatrist & and an orthopedic surgeon. They made me go through pain and suffering twice with no satisfactory results at all. Dr Sue from the very beginning explained everything thoroughly about the different procedures he was going to take to re-do my foot. And I finally ended up with what I was expecting to achieve 5 years ago.
