Dr. Tong is an excellent and best doctor I have ever seen before. She really cares about the patients. She is professional in her expertise and responsible from the beginning to the end! She listens to every concern that the patients have, and is always ready to save lives. I was lucky enough to be saved by her. I will thank her and may God bless her, always.

The doctor refused to see me. I was coming for a follow up with Dr. Tong after being treated in the Emergency Department. I was running late due to an unexpected road condition and called the office to inform of the delay. The office told me that Dr. Tong is also running late. I was checked in upon my arrival, and there was only one patient ahead of me. 10 min later I was called in and informed that because I was more than 15 min late, I had to reschedule. I tried to explain the urgency of my situation (ER recommendation for an expedient follow up). A scheduling assistant then showed up and told me that they have a strict tardiness policy and that “Dr. Tong prides herself on never being late in her 11 year practice” (which is obviously contradictory to what I was told by the office; but that’s beyond the point). The point is that the doctor obviously has a peculiar sense of priorities, putting her track record of adhering to a schedule over helping her patients.

I am currently in my second trimester and i absolutely love Dr. Tong. She is very personable, has great bedside manner, has listened to any concerns I've had without judgement, and i feel very safe in her care. So far- can't say enough good things!

Dr. Tong is a great doctor! She listens well and dicusses all qquestions you have in great detail! Its my first pregnancy and am glad to have had the chance to experince with such a talented and caring doctor!!
