Love Carbon Health in Mill Creek, WA. Since they opened near us they have been a life saver. The urgent care places we had to go to before always had at least an hour wait. Love with Carbon that we can make an appointment or walk in and it’s not a long wait ever. Always the same staff and they are so nice and patient. It’s nice to know we have a place to go with our kids instead of waiting weeks to get in with their pediatrician for an urgent concern.

Went to the Carbon Health urgent care in Marlton, NJ. Was a walk in but short wait time. Staff was friendly and competent. A special thanks to Physician's Assist R. Patel. He's outstanding, knows what he is doing. Smart, knowledgeable, helpful. He listened, assessed, and treated. 5 stars.

This was the best Healthcare experience I have ever had. They were fast, courteous and kind and got me treated and done within 45 minutes. The facility is beautiful and comfortable. I waited longer for my ride at the end than I did to be seen. Thank you Carbon Health!

I was very happy with this clinic, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had to bring my 12 year old for cold and flu symptoms. It ended up he had ear infections and the took a swap for strep throat. A culture takes a few days but we left with antibiotics for his ears. Clinic is clean and we were seen and gone in less then 30 mins. You can book an available time online. Saves from excessive waiting in office. I was super impressed. Son was happy too. We didn’t need imaging or lab work so I’m not sure about those services. But for a dr opinion about flu and cough I was very pleased

What brought me to Carbon Health was that they accept traditional Medicare. I had been told by Sutter Health that none of their doctors accept Medicare for new patients. I had been going there for years but because I hadn't been seen in 3 years I was considered a 'new patient'. Very disconcerting! My experience at Carbon Heath in San Mateo was excellent! All of the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr Singh was warm and friendly, intelligent and inciteful. I I am quite happy to have gone there.

I’m hoping this reaches the right people because I wanted to express my GREAT appreciation for one of your reps from Billing and Insurance. Megan was an absolute sweetheart and was very helpful with two bills I received on a worker’s comp injury visit. She was able to reverse the charges and I was so thankful to have the issue resolved so quickly. You’ve got amazing people working for you and I hope that Megan will get the recognition she deserves.

Simi Valley Location Went in yesterday and had the best experience . Everyone was professional and welcoming. The reception area and room were very clean. The receptionist answered all my questions about my insurance and possible billing. The nurse that took me to the exam room took his time and asked all the medical history questions in a professional manner. He was very helpful in explaining the process before taking my vitals. I then wad helped by PA Smita Mehta and she was amazing. She went over my concerns, asked about my prior medical history and explained the plan on how to get me better once she diagnosed me. I am beyond happy with my visit. They truly cared and listened to what ai had to say and offered me a great medical detailed plan on how to get better. I recommend then highly.
