Dr Stratz is committed to the best medical possible AND she cares!

I've been a patient of Dr. Stratz for almost 15 years. I continue to see her because she is very approachable and treats the "whole person". She listens to how I'm feeling both physically and emotionally and takes everything into account when providing my healthcare.

I have been with Dr. Stratz for over ten years. She always takes the time to listen, explain and offer options. She really goes above and beyond for her patients.

Highly recommended, approachable, communicates well, knowledgeable and easy to work with - nothing more needed. A pleasure to have as my GP.

Dr. Stratz is knowledgeable, compassionate and a great advocate. She has directed me to the best available doctors so that I experience a premium level of care. She listens intently and is a great communicator. I don't believe that it is possible to experience a better advocate to have in my corner. It is actually fun for me to visit my doctor as it feels more like I am visiting a friend. I am grateful to have found Dr. Stratz for my medical needs.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stratz for over 12 years. Based on previous track record, I have chosen to follow her into her new concierge practice. Over the years I have found her to be kind, empathetic, practical, and most importantly she asks my opinion on treatment plans. My health care is a collaborative and she is always open to alternatives.With this new practice, I have been so pleased to see the extra steps she can take. There was a question about my thyroid in a blood test, so instead of immediately sending me to an endocrinologist, she called one and discussed my blood work with him, making a game plan and saving me a step. I recently had some issues that I was concerned about, of course landing on a Sunday. I texted her with symptoms, she called me immediately and sent me to the ER. During the ER visit, she monitored the results of the lab work and regularly texted me. I was so much more relaxed knowing that I had MY doctor following my experience.I would highly recommend Dr. Stratz to anyone, and have sent people to her who have been pleased. She is not only a great doctor, but a very amazing person as well.

Dr Stratz is a fabulous physician; she is knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. She recently opened her Concierge practice in Mountain View conveniently located right next to El Camino Hospital. She is very attentive and will listen and answer all your questions. I would trust her with any issue. If she does not know the answer she will direct you to a specialist. Her office will even call the specialists office and make the appointment. If it is an urgent matter sometimes you can get a same day appointment. In addition, if you need a test done like an xray her office will call ahead and schedule the xray. I was there because I fell off a ladder and hurt my wrist. She had her receptionist call El Camino Hospital and schedule my appointment. When I was done seeing Dr Stratz I walked across the street and they were waiting for me to take the xray. It was so nice that I did not have to take additional time off from work and could do it right after my appointment. It was first class service from a first class doctor. I highly recommend her.

Caroline Stratz is one of the very best doctors in the Bay Area. She is warm, knowledgeable, caring and most importantly, an excellent doctor. She always show respect and concern when dealing with your health issues. You leave her office knowing you are in good, caring and capable hands.

Dr. Stratz has been my internal Dr. for more than 15 years. She is meticulous and extremely competent in her job and cares greatly for her patients. She spends great deal of time listening and explaining. I highly highly recommend Dr. Stratz.
