I needed emergency help from a Kaiser doctor and Dr Quan was able to fit me in his busy schedule for a phone appt even though Im not even his primary patient. He was informative. explained options carefully and was super friendly.

Dr. Quan came with good recommendations. I do not need to see an MD often but do need my prescriptions. I was overcharged and written incorrect prescriptions. Each time I ordered, I would spend a min of 1 hour on the phone with Kaiser pharmacy and more time spent emailing Dr. Quan to correct the errors. Absolutely frustrating, my health is important and getting correct prescriptions on time should be mandatory at Kaiser.

I was under Dr Quan's care for 2 years at Kaiser before moving to London. He is always reachable, reliable and quick to response to emails. I had a great experience under his care and highly recommend him

I'm a healthy 77-year old who's had the good fortune to receive excellent medical treatment from Dr. Quan. He has diagnosed my rare health issues very accurately and compassionately and has prescribed treatments and medications that worked. An example was cellulitis that involved a five-day stay at Kaiser. Dr. Quan gave me very wise advice about the risks of neglecting treatment, and his diagnosis was spot-on. I am grateful for his help over the years, as also is my partner, Mary Ellen. Highly recommended local Kaiser physician.

Dr. Quan is best dr i have experienced. Ive ben to a few. If your looking for what good northern California people are like you will be very satisfied with your visit. You might want to get sick just to get his treatmant. Lol just kidding no one wants to be ill and he does his best to get you well. Can say more but hes your best bet. From ages 18 to 45. Hes awesome. PS. I dont say much in what i dont believe in.

Simply the best doctor I've ever had. He truly LISTENS to what you prefer in treatment but is honest with what is best. He doesn't dismiss you as a number and treats you with dignity.

I love Dr. Quan. After a bad experience with another Kaiser PCP, I changed to him 7 years ago. My now adult daughter sees him as well. I am "medically complicated" and he basically allows me to drive my own care. He is always interested in new ideas, and honestly wants what's best for his patients which isn't always in alignment with what Kaiser wants.
