Crossover Shoreline's Online Review Report Card

I were trying to order glasses from their store, and were communicating with one of their optical associates via email. I called the phone number listed on the associate email signature, and I was told that the person is not working in the store today and I was redirected to a different store and was able to speak to them. However, I need a quick followup on the same day just 30 minutes after the first call. So, I called the store again. And, this time a different person picked up the phone, and refused to help to transfer, and hang up the phone on me quickly. They have phone number listed in their email sig Avoid, very bad customer service

Came here for my annual physical this year. Nice and professional service!

I had been to this place and it had been decent In my last visit though I was seeking for a small procedure and I let them know before going. Once I got there, M.D. Abdullah told me she couldn’t do it. They still charged me a copay and then they referred me to a specialist who didn’t see to be internet network. In my visit I wasn’t recommended basic care (icing/washing wound).

My wife and I visited them for the Annual Physical and were offered additional blood work for no additional cost. I confirmed twice and they said it is a complementary service. We ended up receiving high bills, called them and they said it was a mistake and they will get it fixed. Nothing happened for few weeks and after some more calls, they said they have fixed it. Then we ended up receiving another set of bills for reduced amounts. More calls and emails followed. This lasted for 2 months, in which conclusion was that the service was not complementary after all and depended on our insurance. Their doctor even called me directly to convince me to pay. But when I did not agree, they escalated it internally and finally made the payments. But in the end only one of the bills was paid by them, and we ended up receiving a collection agency warning for the other, and paid it ourselves.

My experience at Crossover was superb. It was a caring and competent clinical staff (PT, chiro, acupuncture and a doctor). The facility was first-rate, scheduling was straightforward, and I never had a significant wait. i don’t understand the complaints in other reviews: as I understand it, Crossover is primary care only, so they don’t do “procedures,” and there is no payment or billing except for the flat monthly subscription, which for me and most people there is paid for by the employer.

No respect for patients time. Walked in twice at different times however they say that they have no one available for simple procedures. Poor customer service.

Cesar is really good. He helped me choosing the right set of glasses. Everything was on time and a very good experience. Just go to crossover & Cesar for the optometrist !! The place is good for a quick checkup as well if it's difficult to get appointment with primary care and have used the physical therapy session in the past.

I was very pleased with my first visit for an annual physical exam. The receptionists, nurse, & Dr. Rani Saxena were all respectful, friendly, & professional. All staff members helped me feel very comfortable. I was given a thorough exam & all of my health concerns were addressed. Would definitely return & would definitely recommend.

Don't love it. Been going for a year and they changed my doctor 3 times!? I'm pretty much forced to go here by my employer. Doctors always seem in a rush and not really personalizing the care. Prescriptions constantly need to be refilled and they don't respond to the pharmacy until I call them. Too much time spent on gimmicks like the fancy faculty - I'd rather the money spent on passionate committed professionals. App is a good idea but doesn't work properly on iPhone. Been 11 months since my last physical and they haven't tried to remind me or schedule another one. Should I go on?
