Went for an ultrasound guided biopsy with Dr Saito. He answered 0 questions during the procedure.

We saw Dr. Saito for my wife's thyroid cancer surgery. When we saw Dr. Saito he did not guide us well. He gave us the choice on whether we should do half or full thyroid removal. We later found out that half removal would have caused cancer recurrence and Dr. Saito did not guide us on that. He was more concerned about his vacation than the urgency of our surgery. Dr.Saito did not want to biopsy or ultrasound to make sure there was no cancer on the right side. We instead went with Stanford Dr. Electron Kebebew. The contrast with Dr. Saito was night and day. Stanford redid the ultrasound and discovered cancer on both sides. Dr. Kebebew removed the entire thyroid with 8 infected nodules. If we had gone with Dr. Saito - we would get partial cancer removal, recurrence and prolonged treatment. At Stanford all cancer was removed and no follow-on radio treatment was needed. I advise thyroid cancer patients to explore other doctors before moving ahead with Dr. Saito.

I have a high deductible insurance and Dr. Saito is in-network. He charged total $1400 just for 15~20min, $500 for office visit and $900 for diagnosis. Be careful when you plan to visit his office.

Dr. Saito is an excellent doctor! He is kind, considerate, extremely knowledgeable.

This doctor couldn't perform proper adenoids removal. Still need to pay $3000. Another surgery was performed by another doctor and another $3000 paid. Do not recommend this doctor as well as PAMF. They just want your money and nothing else.

He smiles, but it is not genuine or a good doctor. I was experiencing severe acute hearing issues causing me major distress. Dr Saito's demeanor is rushed, uncaring, and at times even annoyed as if you are a nuisance for being a patient. He was condescending, dismissive, and did not even bother to examine me or ask for an audiogram. He stared at the screen, transcribing, and then rushed me out of the office without any treatment plan. Definitely not thorough.
