Dr. Khuu has been great for getting my eczema treated. During my first visit I was checked out and put on a treatment very quickly (which has been working wonders). Visits with him are usually pretty quick but you get told everything you need to know and he's great at answering questions. Overall a great experience!

Great experience as usual. Dr. Khuu has been a godsend on several occasions and has a great personality.

I can definitely understand why this Dr has only 2 stars on Yelp. His support team is just awful. They give you false information over the phone and don't even apologies for it. I'm not sure how can a business run like this, but they totally wasted my time. Shame on you!

Very good doctor for my sons forehead scar which has disappeared with his treatment . Very gentle with kids .

This dude is the worst doctor ever. Even tiktok knows better how to take care of your skin than this guy. I've been prescribed a couple medications and it's been three months and It still did not remove my acne entirely. Also, he said that he would check me up every other month and that he would call (he never did lol). I went through tiktok, scrolled down, and they gave better advice and treatment on how to take care of your skin. It's better than wasting hundreds of dollars just examining and giving medication without additional information on how to take care of yourself outside those medication alone. Very unprofessional; I would not recommend. Also, he gave us additional fees after months. For what? Consultant fees without even checking up? This is medical malpractice right here. This dude is corrupt and the assistant even asked me what seems to be the problem and what was on my face. DUDE THIS IS ACNE CAN'T YOU SEE? Save your time and money from this "professional" dude who graduated from Stanford and just watch tiktok videos instead on how to remove acne.

i took my daughter to this place and must say an absolute wonderful experience. staff was very helpful and professional and doctor himself was very comforting w patient and detailed abt at is going on.

Charges insanely without clarity in the beginning . Recommends tests without general consultation.

Extremely greedy, unkind and unethical doctor who tries to squeeze out patient wallet to the max. I've been here for multiple skin issues but whenever possible he would try to prolong the course of treatment so that I have to come back for multiple visits. Once I went for keloid treatment and he would treat those on the chest but when i ask for him to treat those on the leg too he said i have to book another appointment for it. Often he would left untreated area on my skin so that i have to come back for treatment multiple times for him to maximize his revenue. i have some lesion on my skin and I have seen him multiple times for it because everytime he only wanted to take out a little bit of it. i spent lots of money but he still left a portion of it on my skin. in the end i gave up and went to another doctor who removes it in one clean shot. Another favorite strategy of his is to make you do unnecessary skin tests so that he can charge more. So do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I wish i did.

DO NOT GO HERE (especially without insurance)!!! Dr. Khuu is a greedy, money hungry doctor who milks your disease instead of treating it. Not to mention, he is sassy, condescending, and impatient. (I never appreciated his sarcasm and passive aggression). He will drag on treatment for years, charging thousands of dollars with no results. He won't tell you the charges up front and will add on hundreds of dollars to your bill for "consultation" every few weeks, even after years of going to him for the same problem. There was no "consultation" whatsoever despite being charged for it as he just has to administer the same thing every time. In the beginning I actually noticed some effectiveness, but as time went on, he took advantage of my naïveté and the fact that I kept returning to introduce new different COSTLY procedures that were completely ineffective. I guess this is how he affords all those vacations with his husband. Waste of my time, money, and gas! Avoid at all costs.

Scheduled an appointment for an urgent issue, they called me to check for my insurance. I gave them all information. Needless to say that he was in network for my insurance.After an hour they cancelled appointment through Zocdoc and didn't answer phone for 5 time.I guess some people including Khuu and his affiliate has mistaken practicing medicine with being merely business person!
