Elaine Davis's Online Review Report Card

Doctor Elaine Davis sucks! Never completed her order for me! Never finished or followed through with her prescription for my foot pain. This doctor is a quack! I have contacted her office several times about this issue. What a real bit-h! I don’t like not getting what I paid for! I suggest you don’t pick this clown! Go elsewhere! Find someone who will help you, and really cares about you, and their reputation! And will do what they say they will do at the office visit! Unlike Davis.

Annoyed... they are running late and don't even give patients a courtesy call. I took time off work for this appointment and losing $$. They should compensate for running over. Time is more valuable than money in this valley. 1st impression is a bad one.

Dr. Davis was very helpful. She diagnosed my problem with my ankle very effectively and she was very sweet. She has a great bedside manner, I look forward to seeing her next week for my follow up appointment. I highly recommend this doctor!

I had a confirmed appointment with her and when I got to the office she wasn't there. Her office staff made up excuses for her but you could tell they were just covering for her. The staff was very nice and they got me in to see Dr Jennings and she was very nice. She took care of my ingrown toenail and no more issues.

Dr. Davis addressed a long standing ingrown toenail problem. Procedure was painless. After the local anesthetic wore off, one Advil was all that it took. After care instructions were clear. Staff was attentive and helpful.

Several weeks ago I had a painful infection at my right big toe and the pain was increasing! Two primary care doctors referred me to Podiatry at PAMF Mountain View Center. The Podiatry office quickly arranged me to be seen by a podiatrist, Dr. Elaine Davis. Dr. Davis used her special cutter to cut my hard-to-cut toenails, trying to cure my infection to prevent a small ingrown-toenail surgery. She also examined my both feet, blood circulations, shaved my calluses, and patiently answered all questions I asked, etc.Dr. Davis found my another problem that had been bothering me for years and should be treated correctly. She prescribed a very good generic version cream that worked for me and I needed to apply this medicine on both feet for a very long time to cure the problem. After knowing that my copayments were very high, Dr. Davis and her office staff, Tim, spent a lot of time explaining to my Insurance why I needed the medicine instead of using other over-the-counter less effective creams. They have tried their best to see if my Insurance would approve a reduced much lower copayments for me. I am very thankful for their efforts. My English is limited, this is my first time writing a review on Yelp.

A small operation but a good work

Dr Davis is easy going and has the experience i was looking for in a podiatrist. My treatment required more time to heal than i expected. Overall, Thumbs up! If you can explain you have an urgent need to see a doctor within 48 hours or so, the staff will find a way for you to talk to the doctor's assistant and squeeze you into the next available slot.

Dr. Davis is splendid. She is very relaxed and calm which indeed has a good effect on her patients. She is very thorough, and thinks beyond just the immediate medical test reports, takes into consideration how the patient feels as the treatment progresses, encourages the patient rather than put any fear. She listens carefully, and shares her thought process during the diagnosis very openly, which is very valuable. I have had a great experience with Dr. Davis. I read the other review, which indeed is more of a complaint about the office staff and circumstances, rather than a critique of Dr. Davis. I had a pleasant experience with her office staff too though.

Made an appointment 5 weeks ago. Doctor went on vacation and didn't tell me. I wasted my morning at PAMF trying to get another appointment and the earliest was 2 weeks out. That's 7 weeks to wait for a Doctor that can't even be bothered to show up for an appointment. Staff was rude as well.
