I am a long-time patient at Sutter Health and have been seeing Dr. Huang for over thirty years. I have always had complete trust in her—she is extremely patient and treats every patient with great care, which is why I have continued to choose her as my primary doctor for so many years. However, in recent years, especially after the COVID-19 pandemic, I have noticed significant changes in Sutter Health’s policies and procedures that have made it increasingly difficult to communicate directly with Dr. Huang. My series of test results are often not followed up by her personally, but instead by NP or PA who I do not know and have never interacted with. In addition, the consultation time with Dr Huang seems to have become much shorter, and the entire medical experience now feels less thorough and consistent than it used to be, which has left me feeling somewhat disappointed and uneasy. I fully understand that Sutter Health may have had to make adjustments and face challenges after the pandemic, but as a long-term patient, I still hope to receive a more continuous and trust-based medical experience. If this situation continues, I may have to consider switching to a different medical provider in the future.

Dr. Huang has been my primary care doctor for many years. I appreciate that I never feel rushed at an appointment, she listens to everything I have to say and questions I have, no matter how trivial. She and her care team have been phenomenal!

Dr. Huang is very nice, patient, and detailed doctor. My family had her for years to take care of our health. We appreciate her dedication for us during the pandemic. We still hope she can stay in the family medicine at PAMF for more years. Thank you Dr. Huang
