The receptionist Briana was sooo helpful to my son and i this morning.  I called the Day before to check on Covid testing availability.  She was very helpful and Even helped me to Set him up with an account.  Thank you to her and the staff for EXCELLENT customer service

Went there asking if they could do stitches and they referred me to go to the Emergency Room at the local hospital so I left and went there instead. They didnt see me or help me in anyway. All I did was ask the receptionist if they could see me. They said no. I said cool. Yet I ended up getting a bill from this clinic for $680 for some reason. If the clinic would like to explain Id encourage a response please. If no response from the clinic I would strongly urge you all NOT to give them your health insurance card or contact info. They will charge you for absolutely nothing without reason.

Wait is too long even when you have an appointment

do not go to this center. they made us wait for 4 hours with 2 kids and denied doing the test at the very end . in the middle they said they are preparing the room for us etc . all lies. stay away .

This is regarding the covid test.Even though we paid $165 for a rapid 3 hrs test the results didnt come out till way later.My son was on his way to the airport he is calling on his phone Im calling on mine were both trying to get a hold of someone who will tell us how long it would take for the results to come out.We ended up rushing to the airport and paying another chunk of money $225 for a test in SFO.The stress was the worst part.What a joke. Go to CVS if you need a test.

Avoid if possible. Very slow checkin process with a lot of unnecessary paperwork. Simple Covid test took about 45 minutes from check in to complete despite an appointment. Wasn’t busy either. Hard to understand. Total waste of time.

False advertising. They gave us an appointment in two days when we asked for an urgent appointment. They check how you pay first and then triage you accordingly possibly.I will follow up with the proper steps. Someone needs to do something about how these “ urgent clinics “ operate.

In the website was written that no necessary appointment needed and you can wait 15 minutes in the line then they said you need appointment and said we can not update our website

My low rating has to do with their COVID testing and I would not recommend anyone visiting here. After getting low grade fever chills and nausea I went to get tested for COVID. The scheduling process was super easy and their website plainly says that COVID tests are free. However when I arrived they got my insurance and insisted on getting my credit card which they said they’d charge an undisclosed amount if my insurance didn’t cover the test. When pointing to the section on their website where it says that COVID test is free for anyone the receptionist replied that “they will need to update that.” The part that irks me is that they will charge my credit card without having told me how much so if your insurance doesn’t cover the test keep that in mind.The second part that I found strange is that I reported in advance that I had symptoms yet they suggested that I just wait for my turn in the tiny waiting room they no longer implement social distancing between patients presumably since CA opened up. I did not want to put anyone at risk so I went outside.Although my appointment was at 1030 I wasn’t called in until after 11. From that point on the service I received was good. The nurse and the PA were pleasant and efficient. I will need to wait 25 days for my test results which is longer than other places.All in all I choose this urgent care because it’s nearby but don’t plan on returning at least during COVID.

Everyone working here was very nice and professional however my prescription was never delivered to the pharmacy. I was told it would be emailed to them and a confirmation would be emailed to me. But I never received an email and the pharmacy never received my order. Now I’m in excruciating pain.
