Jennifer Hsia's Online Review Report Card

Been meaning to leave a review for Dr Hsia. She is someone who thinks she is always right and left me in a horrible bid when I was super pregnant. I decided to stick with her for my delivery because I was way too pregnant to find another provider but I would have if I had more time.

Very unpleasant experience with the Doctor. The wait time is always ridiculous long, usually 1.5-2.5hrs after you checked in. No one will inform you how long you’ll wait and why it’s always behind schedule. However they do cancel your appointment if you are 10 minutes late. The doctor don’t care about you at all, they don’t even spend 1 min reading your previous records before see you. Refuse to see you when you have concerns.

Dr. Hsia spent a lot of time going over my options and choices. She gave me all facts and professional opinion. She is a knowledgeable provider and a great advocate for women’s health. For anyone who did not rate her at 5 stars, I am sure does not work in the highly stressful medical field- especially this particular area of expertise. Highly recommend her as an Obgyn.

Dr. Hsia is probably the best ob there is to have she's very knowledgeable but also speaks to you in a way where you feel that you are friends she takes the time to explain things and answer questions and takes your concerns very seriously and comes up with the best treatment plan for you and if you want something, within reason, she will do it or work with you.

First time moms have no idea what they're doing no matter how many books we read. Dr Hsia talked to me about everything I needed to know- she knew I had no idea what questions to ask. She's also very real- she'll tell you how it is as gently as possible without masking problems or dismissing minor issues you have. Out if 5 doctors I saw in the 24 hours before my son was born, she was the only one who sold the situation to me straight... None of that of it's probably nothing or it's probably fine or it's normal. I felt a lot calmer when I knew what was going on instead of having to question or disbelieve what other doctors said. She's also really chill and nice! Even her messages via the Sutter app reflect she genuinely cares. Great bedside manner. Knowledgeable. Compassionate. I'll never see another OB again

I love Dr Hsia. She is always quick to answer my questions and easy to talk to. She’s been my OB doc for several years and I can count on her over and over again. I might stay in this area just to keep her as my doctor!

I was referred to Dr. Hsia midway through another pregnancy due to fetal complications. Dr. Hsia helped guide me through my options and was extremely kind/caring through it all. She made sure to call the hospital and prep the team prior to my admission and checked on me when I arrived. I switched over to her care after this happened.

Dr. Hsia is very kind and patient in each of my visits. I also personally like her very much:) I am very lucky to happen to have her on duty in my labor, so the whole pregnancy and deliver was such a pleasant experience. Her office is a bit busy though, I recommend ask for less busy hours in your visit.

Dr. Hsia is a very knowledgeable and compassionate OBGYN doctor. She really listens to what the patient has to say and gives the best professional advice she could. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Dr. Hsia is my OBGyn at PAMF, and she helped me throughout my pregnancy. She is literally the best OBGyn I could have asked for. She is super patient, kind, and extremely knowledgable. During each visit, she answered all my questions thoroughly, and helped guide me through all necessary tests. She always made me feel comfortable and well informed. I was lucky enough to have her during my labor/delivery hospital visit as well. She did everything possible to help my labor go as smoothly as possible, and I'm extremely grateful now with my healthy baby girl. Thank you Dr. Hsia! - Isabel & Kohei
