This review is way past due and I owe it to Dr. Li.Dr Jiayi Li performed a colonoscopy on me last year. It was my first endoscopy procedure and I was quite nervous. But Dr. Li came to talk to me before the procedure began and assured me that it will be painless and I wouldn't even notice it. He was right. I only remembered the nurse pushed me into the procedure room and the next thing I notice when I woke up, the procedure was done!!! Thank you, Dr Li. Dr. Li is highly skilled and very professional !!

Dr Jiayi Li was really kind to let me have an appointment to see him in his busy schedule a week before my colonoscopy to address my concerns. He took time to explain all the specifics and told me the reasons there was nothing to worry about. The procedure was a success and I felt fine afterwards. Very grateful of his service.

Dr. Jiayi Li did my colonoscopy and was fabulous. I did it without anesthesia and he explained everything as he went and was very gentle. During the part going between large and small intestine, his nurse did a fabulous job of applying pressure in the exact right spot such that it was smooth and did not hurt. He allowed me to watch the images and explained what he saw the whole time and was very thorough. His facility was on time and I even finished early. I can't say enough good things about having to go through such an unpleasant procedure.

Had an upper endoscopy with Dr. Li. The procedure went flawlessly, no soreness or any discomfort afterwards.

What a great doctor! He performed my first-ever colonoscopy and apparently quite expertly at that; not even a touch of discomfort during or after, despite the removal of a polyp. Additionally, he not only answered a detailed set of questions I messaged him (replying at 1:23am that evening!) but did so with thoroughness and good humor. I was stunned to learn that he had performed 18 (!) other colonoscopies on the day he did my procedure. I guess it's no wonder he's such an expert doing these, but it is amazing he maintains such a friendly disposition all the while! Additionally, his fellow professionals were all warm and helpful, really putting me at ease (wish I could remember their names so I could give them a shout-out!). Definitely recommend Dr. Li and the Mountain View Surgicenter.
