The person who handles the charges/billing. ALEENA? Made me really upset today. I had a final payment, and she tried charging me $30 more than what I owe. I don't know how she can make a simple mistake like that. I was very upset she needs to pay attention more before charging the patients.

Phenomenal team of professionals! I came here after I broke a tooth 2 weeks before I was to leave for Hawaii. Dr. Kim's office accommodated me and was able to get me in prior to my vacation. From start to finish they took the upmost care of me. I was able to go to sleep for the extraction and bone graft procedure since I have major dental anxiety. I came back for the implant placement and stayed awake for the procedure. Needless to say my anxiety was through the roof. Dr. Kim has such an amazing personality and is so down to earth! He made me feel as comfortable as possible and talked me through the entire procedure. His surgical assistants and his entire team were incredible! Even though Dr. Kim's office is "Out of Network" with my dental insurance, I wanted to see him regardless because he's the only oral surgeon that I trust! The best thing about having a PPO insurance is that I am free to see whoever I want regardless of network status. Plus my insurance paid out more than expected! I can't express how important it is to have these types of procedures done right the first time! I highly recommend Dr. Kim and his team of professionals. I know going to the dentist is not a fun but honestly these guys had me cracking up and if I ever need another extraction (fingers crossed I never have to) I only trust Dr. Kim!

This practice is awesome! I'm not making this up and no one asked me to write this. If you want top quality service, with cutting edge technology that only money can be buy, then this is where you want to go. Staff and crew are friendly too.

Got my fully boney impacted wisdom teeth removed here. Dr. Kim was awesome, explained all the risks before hand and made the operation like a breeze. Everyone at his office is very kind, and truly cares about the patient. 5/5 would recommend.

Good experience every time with major and minor work done. Communication could be a little better though.

Had such a great experience getting my wisdom teeth removed here - would recommend Dr. Kim to everyone. Dr. Kim makes patients feel empowered and comfortable. I’d never been sedated before and was anxious, but Dr. Kim is such a reassuring communicator and the procedure was totally painless and easy. I rarely write Google Reviews, but wanted to find a way to say thanks.

Dr. Kim removed my lower two wisdom teeth three weeks ago. I was under general anesthesia, so I felt a bit sleepy, then came to with ice packs on my face. Easy. I really appreciated the extensive pre- and post-op instructions from his office, from how the anesthesia would affect me to what to do 30 minutes, 1 day, 1 week etc. after the procedure. It helped calm my nerves, and my recovery was overall quite smooth - minimal pain and no visible swelling. When I did experience some unexpected pain, he was able to see me the same day I called. (Luckily nothing was wrong!)

I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Kim and his staff. Both my wife and I had our wisdom teeth operation done by Dr Kim. From start to finish very professional, great bedside manner, and extremely skilled.

Amazing dentist, super clear and detailed during consultation and clearly cares about his patients. Holds himself and his staff to highest level of integrity and my wisdom teeth extractions went great. Would highly recommend Dr. Kim!
