Very supportive group! Realistic goals and diet requirements. Just healthy eating! Encouraging! Great listening about individuals struggles!
For me this place was the answer to the gapping ever widening hole in my health care. They have helped me with my weight, helped me with my blood pressure, helped me with my hormones. I am afraid to take any medication, they are super professional and thorough. They take blood test take your muscle mass were willing to work slowly with all my resistance. You go in every week they follow up on everything. I am getting better- cannot recommend them highly enough.
Was great and very helpful
Never struggled with my weight until after having kids. Jump start is just the commitment and support I needed to get me on track to prioritize myself and invest in a program that is a partner in achieving my weight management goals.
Hormone replacement Therapy (HRT) is life changing. I feel half my age and have more energy, libido and life satisfaction. I wish I had tried it years ago.
It's despicable when people or businesses take advantage of a vulnerable population. In this case people who are desperate to lose weight, these people at this business do just that. They boast of a Stanford MD that founded this, well out of Stanford came Elizabeth Holmes. Anyone who tries to make a profit of people's health by selling junk science ..despicable. They charge you $400 to meet with unlicensed "wellness coach". They defend it by saying gyms are doing the same thing. You know how Spiritual leaders take advantage of people's weaknesses, well these are the white coated evangelists preying on a vulnerable population . Please read all the negative reviews and believe them. UPDATE : based on their response. Once again based on B.S. facts. I spoke to the owner and he spoke as crazy as their junk science is. He stated Nutritionists don't know what they are talking about! They charge you 350 for labs even if your insurance covers it. Sad that these Indian ladies touting these products for money when they should know this is not a healthy diet. So just caution in this million dollar industry that prey on this vulnerable population they know how to manipulate. .
Jumpstart is my personal coach, my compass, my cheerleader. In my time with Jumpstart I’ve learned about and "seen" which behaviors undermine me and how a small change could make a huge difference! Call it “reframing,” call it “positive feedback,” call it “advice.” On a personal level, I can honestly say, my JumpStart team has given me what I needed: support, encouragement, and confidence.
Each and every week has been great! The team is helpful, supportive and attentive to my progress and next steps
I have been planning to write this review for a long time, since l feel that l have to warn others about it. Please do me a favor and do not pay attention to the positive reviews you see here. I am not saying that the women who posted them are lying. They aren't. But they did not lose weight because of JumpstartMD, or because of help from them. These women only lost weight because of their own motivation and hard work. Now, as for JumpstartMD, here is how it works: You go, they try to get you to commit to the longest contract that you are willing to accept. They weigh you and take your measurements, give you a pamphlet, and go through their diet program with you at turbo speed. There is also a complimentary vitamin injection included, but they only give it to you at your weekly sessions if you remind them. Their diet program is rather incomprehensible. I was never able to understand it. What l WAS able to understand, is that you are only allowed to eat VERY little throughout the day. A "serving" of nuts, for instance, it's not 1/4 of a cup like nutritionists recommend. Instead it is "5 pieces of nuts." I used to go to a similar clinic that closed, where the counselors would always give you a moral boost to continue with your weight loss effort. At JumpstartMD, there is none of that. If you don't lose weight one week, they are visibly disappointed and tell you to do better next week. I once asked the nurse if she could say something motivating because l was feeling discouraged. She replied: "That is really hard." They are also ruthless salespeople. They constantly tried to sell me "hormone therapy" with their endocrinologist. The initial consultation was around $400 if l remember correctly, and then the medications would of course cost thousands. I told them I'd simply see my own endocrinologist for a $10 copay. In addition to that, they offered me all kinds of medications to curb my appetite. Although they did suggest some standard weight loss medications initially, they later started mentioning drugs that l looked up and found out are used to control seizures, and can have all kinds of awful side effects. Needless to say l declined. But there is, however, one thing that JumpstartMD does exceptionally well, and that is to take your money. If you do decide to go to their "clinic" (l promise you will never see a doctor), l guarantee that thousands of dollars will disappear in the blink of an eye. And what will you have gained? Medical advice from people who are not doctors, telling you pretty much to starve yourself during the 15 minutes per week that they spend with you without doing anything for you whatsoever. Oh, and did l mention that this will cost you at least $400 a month? My advice? Join Weight Watchers.
I had to write an update since it's been over a year since my initial review. I have lost 90 pounds and I started the BHRT (Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy) Program as well. I am now in the maintenance program for weight loss, still enjoying (and looking forward to) my monthly visits. I've never maintained weight loss for this long! The BHRT program is just what I needed at my age to boost the hormones that were low. Dr. Tandon is great! If you're considering this program, I recommend spending the time and making the investment. I truly believe this is the future of healthcare.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
