she was excellent. She's so caring and professional. I found most doctors either caring or very good professionally. Dr. Fann is in this sweet spot that she's super capable, and yet very caring. I feel very blessed to have found her as my doctor.

My Daddy got the infection from the cold last week, and the ear start bleeding for 4 days, my Daddy feel pain in the ear and can't hear on that side of the ear. About 2 days after bleeding, he is no longer can taste foods. We got the referred from our family doctor to see Dr. Fann. She is very detail to exam my Daddy, very good service and explain well to my Daddy. My Daddy's ear start clear a little bit, and will use the ear drop to continue clean the infection. Dr. Fann, thanks so much for your care, and treatment to my Daddy. Daddy was feel alot better in understanding what's going on to his ear and taste.

Dr. Fann was great at engaging my 3.5 yr. old daughter who is often frightend of doctors. She also spent a lot of time explaining the condition for which we required the visit and the treatment and care and follow up care. I would highly recommend Dr. Fann as a family ENT. Great with kids as well as adults.
