Dr. Putz has been one of the best urgent care doctors I have ever seen. She did thorough check on the health condition and spent time with patient discussing on the issue, potential progress and best solutions. I don’t feel rushed at all and feel relieved walking out of the clinics. Highly recommended.

She is a caring physician. Helped me out with flu tests/ medications/ follow-up. . I was so happy with the care that I received in urgent care that I googled her to see if she was also a primary care doctor and found her yelp page.

It's incredible that this woman is still allowed to practice there. She wouldn't pay attention during the visit, then blamed my reported symptoms on "psychological problems", and then eventually said that she could call security and cause a problem for me if I didn't like her treatment. Katherine Putz did not want to diagnose, treated me horribly, and became threatening and vindictive when I patiently pointed out her errors to her. Why is this person still allowed to practice medicine? It says a lot about Sutter Health for continuing to hire such a problem causer.

I had a fantastic experience seeing Dr.Putz today. Despite the difficulty of COVID 19 surge she managed everything perfectly and really listened to my complaints. She is very efficient but I never feel like she's putting me on the back burner. She circled back to me at the end of the day to explain some lab result which is a level of care I did not expect from urgent care! Fantastic experience and will recommend to friend and family. 5/5.

Dr Putz stopped my nasty. Nosebleed by taking progressive steps while staying calm and outlining what was coming next. She made it ride out just fine until I saw the ent doc a few weeks after. I am lucky she was on duty that fateful day.

I went to see Dr. Putz and her staff for an urgent matter- I had food poisoning and was passing bowel movements and vomiting so much that I didn't have the energy to move anymore. I was taken care of quickly and started on an IV. Within a couple of hours I was feeling much better. Dr. Putz was very kind, caring and thorough in my evaluation. She even asked me to return for follow up if I was not feeling better. I was feeling better so I did not return, but if I ever want to see a doctor ASAP for an urgent matter, I will definitely try to see her again. Thank you Dr. Putz- I feel like you saved me! She had a terrible patient who opened a page in her name and wrote a terrible review for her and he was a total jerk and gave her 1 star. Please give her a 5 star review.

Dr. Putz was great! She was super kind and caring, but also treated me quickly and effectively -- while clearly explaining the issue and options I had for treating the infection. I also really enjoyed talking with her during the few minutes of waiting.

I got my mom to Urgency Care at PAMF. My mom doesnt speak english so i were there to translate. Dr Purz was great with my mom and ask all exames necessary to be sure my mon dosent have any bone broked. I really recomend Dr Putz. Dr Putz is a very calm doctor and ask many many questions, she dosen t rush the time. I really could see how the a pacient is really impontat for her. Thanks Dr Katherine how did you take care of my mom.

Dr. Putz took care of me from my first prenatal care visit all the way to delivery during her residency at UIC Hospital in Chicago. She was under the guidance of Dr. Potter who continued to care for my son. She learned from the best; very attentive and a caring doctor. I am sad to see her so far from Chicago as we are ready to have our second child. I wish she were here to deliver our second baby! He/she would be in great hands!
