The office staff is really incompetent, they sent me away when I got to my appointment, they said the doctor wasn't in network (Anthem HDHP). When I called my insurance they told me that the doctor was in fact IN network and sent me the information to show the office staff. I went back and they didn't even want to take a closer look at it they just sent me away again. Terrible service, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It is hard as it is to have a frustrating medical condition and the office staff just made it even more frustrating.

Doctor Katrina Chaung is very detail in explaining medical treatment for my son. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She takes time to answer all our question and concern. Also her staff is very friendly and helpful

i was asked to reschedule the appointment after waiting for 20 minutes. This is not first time that it happens to this doctor, I saw the other commenter got the same experience. Don’t go with this doctor! This is really bad experience. My appointment is 10:30am and then I came in around 10:40am (parking is tricky here), the front desk had me checked in, signed the docs etc and ask me to sit and wait to be called. Then I waited until 10:55am only to be informed that the doctor cannot see me because I am late for 30 minute!! What? How could you blame like that??!! I know I shouldn’t be late for that 10 minute but if you cannot do my appointment then what’s the whole point of asking me to signing in at 10:40am And kept me waiting 20 minute just to kick me out??

Excellent expérience. No waiting. Diagnosis was completed very thoroughly. I didn’t feel rushed and questions as expected. Issues with my sinuses were resolved.

I am kind of blown away that anyone that had seen Dr. Freehling could give Dr. Chaung anything but 5 stars.Dr. Chaung is kind, listens to what's going on, walks you through anything and everything she may be doing, and has a wonderful bedside manner.She's helped me with a couple of issues with my ear and throat the last 6 months, and I am extremely happy with her care.
