I go to Kayla for my treatments. Laser, Botox and had filler for my first time. Not only is she a lovely human, but she really takes her time to ensure you get good, "natural" , symmetric results. You can tell she cares about the outcome. I never feel like she's trying to oversell me either. I generally don't like driving, but leave my bubble for her ;).

I visited Wunderspa for my first Morpheus8 radiofrequency microneedling treatment today, and the procedure itself went smoothly, with the nurse and numbing cream doing a great job at providing a comfortable experience. However, after the treatment, I noticed that the needles (cartridge) used on my skin were not immediately disposed of. This raised some concerns for me, as I understand that these needles should be one-time use items for safety and hygiene reasons. I inquired about the protocol, and it was mentioned that, while disposal is generally followed, there are instances where the needles are cleaned and reused. Unfortunately, I didn't think to ask before my treatment if brand new needles were being used on my skin, and after leaving, I became increasingly anxious about the possibility of reused needles on my skin. As someone who is very health conscious, this situation led me to seek medical treatment as a precaution. While I appreciated the overall care provided, I believe strict adherence to single-use needle protocol is needed and that will offer a peace of mind to customers like myself. update: I received a call from the med spa, clarifying that the needles used during my treatment were brand new, which was reassuring. during the conversation, I also suggested that it would be very helpful for the med spa to show customers the new, sealed needles before each treatment. this small step would provide added peace of mind for customers like myself. I really appreciated the follow-up call and the care I received during my visit. Im happy to recommend the spa and see you in few weeks for my next treatment.

I went to Dr Korman for a MACS lift after reading some article about the procedure. I searched around the Bay Area for doctors who perfirm this and dcided to make an appointment. From the time of my firstr visit I was always greeted by a friendly and caring staff. Dr Korman described the procedure to me, asked me what I was looking for and what I could expect from it. I liked his honesty. Following he pre-op and post-op care instructions I could not be more happier and satisfied with the outcome!

Dr. Korman is an excellent plastic surgeon! He is friendly and empathic, and he actually takes the time to listen to you. He will make recommendations for treatment without trying to sell you any expensive gimmicks. I had two surgeries with Dr. Korman, a facelift and a tummy tuck and am very happy with both. Did I mention that his staff is lovely? 💕 And the there is Wunderbar! Well, Wunderbar is the German word for Wonderful, and that's exactly what it is. If you want lip fillers, ask for Hana, she is masterful!

I recently started my weight loss journey using a compound with Dr Korman and his staff. Dr Korman and his staff are so welcoming and informative. On My first visit with Dr Korman he spent a significant amount of time thoroughly explaining the process- he never pressured or try to sell me on anything! He in fact encouraged and inspired me. Let's not forget his amazing staff! They are so helpful and friendly! The results so far have been amazing- I still have more to go but I couldn't have done it without his help. I highly recommend Dr Korman!

I rarely write reviews but this is just one of those times I felt I needed to. I was referred to wonderbar by a relative who had a great experience so I wanted to give it a try. I went for a consult where everything was explained in detail and all my questions were answered. I went forward with two treatments on my face. First off all the staff has been very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Hana did my procedures. She’s amazing and keeps you comfortable throughout. It’s quiet and private, a very nice environment. Booking is easy and you get a text reminder so no mistakes are made in schedules etc. I have only good things to say about the experience and plan on using more of their services in the future!

The staff at Wunderbar in Mountain View are welcoming, helpful and have made me feel comfortable in an environment that’s a bit out of my comfort zone. I’ve been doing CoolSculpting with Nikki since December and it’s been a long, but satisfying, process to coincide with my weight loss journey. Nikki thoroughly explained the process, answered all my questions as they came up and has been encouraging every step of the way. I truly enjoy my time with her and she is definitely one of my favorite people. I am beyond ecstatic and grateful for each little change that comes about from my treatments. It may not be much to anyone else, but it’s life changing for me and such a boost to my self confidence to achieve something I didn’t think was possible.

I just went to the Korman Wunderbar MedSpa for my first time doing any type of MedSpa procedure. I had an amazing Hydrafacial with Nikki and it was fabulous. We had a great time chatting. She was super friendly and did a great job on my sensitive skin! I was glowing when I left! I can't wait to go back. I was originally scheduled with nurse Hana for Botox but then I was switched to Dr Kelsey Lipman at the last minute after my facial. I am so very grateful that I was! Dr Lipman took her time with me. I felt that she genuinely listened to my concerns and she was patient.(Even though it was already almost 5:00 and I'm sure she wanted to go home). She addressed all my concerns and all of my questions, which were numerous. This was my first time getting Botox and discussing fillers with any doctor. Dr Lipman made me feel very much at ease and made sure I had thorough understanding of everything. She was not pushy at all. She respected the fact that I wanted to have a lighter approach, and she tailored her technique to what I wanted. Dr Lipman really knows what areas to inject. I could tell by her process of telling me how to move my face, and strategically placing the shot, she *really* knows what she's doing. Obviously, Dr. Lipman has a great education but bedside manner is something that cannot be taught- it is intrinsic. Dr Lipman was super kind. When she did the first injection in my glabella, I started hyperventilating and freaked out. I have a needle phobia going back a long time, and I'm diagnosed with panic attack and anxiety disorder. The shot felt weird, since I was not used to it. I freaked out and said, "I can't do this anymore. Please stop!" She immediately stopped and said, "No problem at all, just relax and breathe, you don't have to do anything you don't want to do." Then she smiled and said, "Hey I'll be right back. I have something for you!" So here I am, trying to calm myself down because I just freak out about needles like that. (It stems from massive dental trauma when I was young). I really wanted the Botox though, I wanted that gift for myself. Dr Lipman came back in with a synthetic breast implant! She told me what it was and said ,"Many patients find this is better than a stress ball." Lol I had never seen or felt a breast implant before, so this was already novel and also amusing. She was totally right! It was actually extremely soothing. better than a squish ball to squeeze for stress! LOL so I'm cracking up about squeezing this breast implant and feeling much better about things so I asked her to please continue. She did, and she took her time and reminded me to breathe and told me when to relax. It was great, and totally not painful. Plucking my eyebrows feels worse. She was fabulous, she recommended when I should take breaths in when she's going to do the injections, and the whole procedure moved really fast. Many of the injections were completely painless, this was all my own psychological doing that freaked me out. I I highly recommend Dr Kelsey Lipman for any of your cosmetic needs. She really impressed me with her customer service skills and caring for me as a patient. Due to a personal history of anaphylactic shock, I had some concerns about a potential allergic reaction. Dr Lipman was kind enough to share her cell phone number with me in case of an emergency so I can call her right away!! I really value that service and compassion. This high level of care has been something that's been very rare throughout my medical history. Thanks again Dr Lipman, you are amazing! I look forward to next time.
