My first appointment was abruptly canceled without telling me despite me talking to them on call 15 mins before my appointment. Very much disappointment, I waited many weeks to see the doctor, only to find it is canceled

Read through & understand what you might get into. Dr is really nice to talk to and good at her job. But she’s so so overbooked. She never checked my vitals & reports before appointment I was the one continuously asking her about my reports & plan ahead, Which she always seemed clueless about. She’s so disrespectful of patient’s time Throughout my pregnancy & treatment never was a time She is ALWAYS running late & made me wait for at least an hour for a rushed 3-5 minute appointment running for her next. They take multiple appointments for one slot. I mean why ??? The dr rushing through her appointments is so unprofessional. Their process is not at all streamlined, keep sending you here and there for tests & scans on end time. This clinic will keep you all stressed out and you won’t understand what is happening around as dr vatsan doesn’t believe in answering your questions and neither has time . I highly recommend finding someone who really cares & has enough time for you. And most importantly respects your time.

wonderful doctor and staff..,It was an awesome experience with Dr.Vatsan throughout my pregnancy and delivery,care towards her patients is awesome, May be any word will be less to describe DR.VATSAN'S TREATMENT,CARE & CONCERN.JUST AWESOME... Had to wait for more than an hour even after having an appointment. The doctor was in a hurry and did not perform all checks saying she cannot accommodate, said they shall order lab tests but never received one.

Dr.Lakshmi vatsan is amazing in coping up with patients. Though the clinic is far away from our place, we still wanted her as my OB.She is a good listener and responds well to all our queries. I felt safe and comfortable with Dr. Vatsan throughout my pregnancy journey. She handles patients very gently. She only recommends what is necessary . Overall Good experience and Happy.

Hi, Just to make you aware, the Dr. online 5 min prescription writing also bill you like office visit and amount $325!! The best when disputed with this office as to why this is not coded with telemedicine code, there was a receptionist (in July 2020.. may be fired later?) first said they don’t have it! Then after 5-6 calls I forgot and later to my surprise, received a mail stating that this office send the details payment to collection agent!!! And they don’t have a netbanking way to paying also.. if u don’t have check or go there and pay cash! via Credit card have 4% fee! When asking why this fee? Dr said we are small office (by the way Dr. takes calls while seeing patients- another bad practice!) she couldn’t keep her receptionist! However she have money to use collection agent! I wish I could give 0 stars(as the med didn’t work also for my wife maybe of low dose and we had to visit another OBGYN! Note: also who says I’m ‘BEST in X’ avoid them (check the google search you will see what I meant!)

I first saw Dr. Vatsan in early 2020. She was kind and a good doctor. When it came time to rescheduling for my annual visit this year, however, she/her office never responded to my multiple phone calls or messages. I found a new doctor that is more responsive and will be going to her from now on.

I have been seeing Dr. Vatsan for nearly 4 years. I found the office online(through google) and made an appointment, which was a really easy process and good experience. Dr. Vatsan is a very good listener and observer. She will make sure that all our questions are answered, we are on the page and feel comfortable. Dr. Vatsan combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. She’s also an excellent surgeon. HIGHLY recommend.
