Today I walked into LaserAway with no expectations, and I left absolutely thrilled. The staff—especially Pilar, Yen, and Rachel—were amazing. They truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. The level of attention and genuine care they show their clients is like no other. I’m so excited to start my services here and even more excited to officially be a LaserAway Mountain View client. I wouldn’t recommend any other clinic!

I had such a great experience today! Pilar helped me and was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Her manager, Rachel, was also incredibly sweet and welcoming. Together they made my visit so pleasant — truly outstanding customer service!

I love Michaella. I've been a regular at Laseraway for 3 years now. She's by far my most favorite technician. She gave me the best hydrafacial and potenza + rejuran. She's so thorough with her works. Janeen is super friendly and accommodating, and she gave me good deals 😍 .

First of all, I would like to thank Yen and all the other staff at Laseraway Mountain View for helping me get into my first laser hair removal treatment and of course for giving me info on all the other treatments. Yen has been helpful to me and is able to answer all my questions. She's such a nice person and it makes me feel comfortable to choose and suggest Laseraway for myself and my friends !!
