Worst doctor ever! The doctor did not bill to the correct insurance and refused to submit the claim. Very non-professional and do not recommend him at all!

Strange practice... even though he is covered by insurance, he says "your insurance won't pay and so I have to collect money in advance"This is NOT how employer covered insurance works and companies like Aetna and Anthem are not fraudulent companies.Avoid before you spend your money

Highly recommend!!! Dr. Fang is incredibly patient, thorough, honest, and compassionate, and I'm planning to see him for help with my feet for the long term.I saw him for painful bunions on my feet; before seeing him, I assumed I would need surgery to fix them. He spent a lot of time understanding the exact cause of my foot problems (flat footed) and helped me find the right solutions. I loved that he didn't push me to surgery but rather gave me methods of management that could help prevent surgery down the road.He also spent time helping find the right orthotic for me but didn't push me to buy the custom one, saying to wait since I have a high deductible plan- I really appreciated that because I would have bought it if he said to but he was so honest in telling me to wait till it made sense financially. I was running late and he and his staff were very accommodating and friendly about it. Overall a very positive experience and I feel so much better about my feet after visiting him! Thanks Dr. Fang!

Dr Fang is not helpful at all since he still did not care about the patient at all but only care to earn more money. On the first office visit, he put an brace on the ankle joint without asking how you feel and any further explanation. Two weeks later, suddenly received a surprise bill of more than $100 where you can easily find the same one online for only $25. The brace is so bad quality and not helpful at all. When politely call the office for price adjustment or refund, they are extremely rude and unprofessional. They cannot adjust the price or return it even never wear it and not helpful at all. He is not a professional doctor try to help patient reduce the pain. All he cares about is to make you pay more bill. They even sent warning message if full bill is not paid.

I visited Dr Fang for my ankle pain. Dr Fang gave me a OSSUR ankle brace and charged me $89.32. The price on OSSUR own website is $25.99. This price difference is so much that I wonder if Dr Fang overcharged me in other items. I would not recommend Dr Fang.

Update with Employee Reply:Wow just wow. I cannot believe the comment below could come from a "care giver". You spent so much time writing this long reply yet not answer the simple question: why sell a brace ankle for $89.32 which only worth $25.99?! Of course we pay for the service and product we get, but not overpay in such ridiculous amount. --------I visited Dr Fang because I had ankle pain. Dr Fang gives me one ankle brace for better support and I only used it for one day as it really does not help me much. Later I received the bill and found out Dr Fang was charging me $89.32 while anyone can buy it from Amazon for $31. Original price is $190! This price difference is just ridiculous. I am really disappointed that a doctor can even do this to his patient.

I've been treated by Dr. Fang for a couple of years. I highly recommend him for the following reasons: He is very knowledgeable, kind patient professional. He took his time and answered all my questions very thoroughly. I followed his advice and got significant relief of my discomfort.

Dr. Fang is a very good Podiatrist .He is kind & compassionate. His office is clean & the staff member is polite & efficient. I am pleased to recommend him. Jeyaseelan Noble, M.D.
