Get your bills in order . Double billing a client after a year which has already been paid is beyond ridiculous. No call back number . Just voicemail no email to ask for inquiry. Had to wait 3 weeks and call the receptionist to get hold of an actual person to talk to and send my credit card bill as a proof . They don’t even keep the receipts to have this sorted .

Dr Sheu is extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I've been seeing her for a couple of years now and continue to be blown away! She truly cares about her patients and takes as much time as needed to listen and help (even when it's obviously a busy day). I would recommend her to everyone and am extremely grateful that she is my doctor!

Dr Sheu has been my Dermatologist for several years and I'm very pleased. Shes always thorough, sympathetic and gentle. She's knowledgeable and is always able to answer my questions and solve my skin issues.

Dr. Hsu is as kind and patient as can be as well as her staff. My has been and I have given her three years and unfortunately I can only give her three stars, she has missed several skin spots that are very suspicious on myself and my husband. So for that reason we will no longer see her sad to say.
