It was the worst experience ever. I called the doctor’s office and ask if my insurance covers my appointment and was told by dr’s staff member it is totally covered and I do not need to pay out of pocket but after a 20min virtual regular visit they charged me for it and they did not even get back to me for the lab test results and when I called the doctor to ask (which is dr’s responsibility)they charged me again the total of $525 for just a regular visit. They are so unprofessional!!

Dr. Mariam is absolutely amazing, she helped me to get my blood sugar, BP under control and loose over 40lb. Always attentive and friendly.

Horrific bed side manner. The only passion she possessed was for pushing the sale of her book. Complete lack of professionalism, compassion, care and empathy. In my experience with her, she's battling with the fact that she's a doctor rather than a media darling. After multiple visits, I'd never consider re-visiting her office.

I agree with Rheino. Miriam Manoukian is wonderful. I really like her European sense of humor. But what I like most is that her diagnoses and her recommendations seem to always be spot on. As for bedside manner, she has been wonderful. I don't understand what that other reviewer was expecting from a doctor, but Dr. Manoukian is professional, kind, patient and most importantly, really competent!

I completely disagree with S Johnson. My father and I have been going to the Manoukians for many years. Both Mariam and Jerry are personable, understanding and caring doctors. In my experience, it's rare to find that blend of professionalism and personal touch anymore.

I cannot imagine finding a better Dr than Dr Miriam. She will fit me in right away when I have a concern. I mean within the hour even if it's on her lunch break. She's very sensitive to my concerns and will solve the problem with the appropriate test etc. She's personable; to the point I gave her a hug, when she walked into the room, forgetting she was my Dr. ?? I wait very little in the waiting room, which is so nice. Her staff, from the front to her assistant are the best.
