Nina Jaki's Online Review Report Card

Not a good experience. Doctor was 40+ mins late. I ended up not seeing her and walking out. Imagine waiting months for a visit and the doctor/their staff doesn't have the courtesy to be on time or apologize/provide an explanation for being extremely late. Was told twice "doctor will be here soon". No thank you. It sets a bad first impression and I'd rather see a doctor who cares.

I have been with Dr Jaki since 2004 and always liked her a lot. I did not have any issues till 2019 so it went on fine. Left last year after suffering almost fatally under her care. She is definitely a good doc but now her heart is not in there anymore. She was not there when I needed her the most. I think she should retire and take care of her kids full time. This is not a profession where you can play with your patient's life by not being 100% committed.

Let me start by saying that I trust Dr. Jaki with my life. I am very picky in choosing my doctor or else I would not see one. Dr. Jaki is very intelligent, considerate with her options but most of all she is the most caring doctor I have ever met. She is not just my doctor, she became my confidante as I was going through a very stressful part of my life where it unfortunately affected my health. Dr. Jaki took care of me and I got through that difficulty with flying colors. My experience with two surgeries that she performed were painless and very successful. Palo Alto Medical Foundation is very lucky to have a high caliber doctor with a kind and loving heart. I am so grateful that I trust my health under PAMF because of Dr. Nina Jaki.

My wife changed her obgyn to Dr Jaki when we moved from San Mateo (PAMF), we were little disappointed as the Dr didn't have much time for our questions in every visit and we were told that she doesn't deliver her own patients ( we got to know a little late, like couple days before delivery and whoever was on call delivered). She doesn't do post delivery follow up either.

At first, I didn't know if she was a warm person but she always addressed my questions and I had many m throughout the whole pregnancy since it was my first pregnancy so I totally appreciated her. While she may have had to speak fast or ran late a few times, I didn't really find her at fault. I figured she was trying to give the most to her patients at each appointment like she tried with me. She and her care team responded very quickly on the MyHealth app. She happened to be at the hospital when I was in labor and came to visit which I thought was cool to see a familiar face since your OB isn't likely going to be your delivering doctor when you're with PAMF at El Camino Hospital. I think it can take time to develop a comfortable doctor-patient rapport and by my second pregnancy, I found both she and I felt more familiar with each other and the topics of discussion at appointments just became more warm and natural. I appreciated the perspectives she brought to the topics and inquiries I made so I could figure out how I wanted to handle it.

Awesome doctor . Helped my wife with twin delivery.. She is very good supportive and helped pregnancy to go smooth and full term.

Ok doctor I would say.. by the book.. often late or cancel at the last moment. I was past my due date and came with signs of early labor for the next day, she wasn't there for me and team didn't want to cooperate as well. Even though I had a scheduled appointment they called literally 10 min before my time to tell me to reschedule when I was already in the hospital and expected at least someone to look at my progress since they were late to notify... so unhappy with that situation

I have 3 amazing kids and she was my doctor through all 3 pregnancy. She is very caring and supportive. Absolutely professional. She answers all the questions patiently and doesn't hesitate to gather more information or help if it's needed. I always trusted her judgments and she was always right on point. Although I was not lucky to have her at the delivery room (She wasn't on call that day) but she visited me as soon as she got to the hospital and supported us while we were there.She is GREAT!

I have enjoyed my pregnancy under Dr. Jaki's care. She is very personable, flexible, and amenable to birth plans and doulas. Although my natural labor didn't go to plan, Dr. Jaki performed a very neat C section on me, that 6 months later looks like a faint scratch or a mark that underwear elastic leaves. Although I loved Dr. Jaki and was thrilled to her deliver my baby, the doctors that cycled through before she came on call, have put me off having another baby with PAMF.

Excellent doctor.. explained me everything about my body and cleared my doubts with lots of patience !
