Eleven years ago Dr. Legha performed a gastric bypass on me. I had no complications and have maintained a weight loss of 162 lbs. I can't thank Dr. Legha enough for not only saving my life, but giving a quality of life back to me. He & his staff were so kind to me and offered extensive pre-surgery & post surgery support. I live in Texas now but would go back to Dr. Legha for care, absolutely!

Dr Legha took out my gall bladder. I went home a couple hours later and didn't need any pain meds. The scars do not exist. I would recommend him highly.

I am a current patient Dr. Prithvi Legha, he is a amazing doctor, it seems as if the front recipient clerk who was a male overexatuated the expierence and upset my entire family, so we were not handled polite, inorganic way. I would like to thank Dr. Prithvi Legha and his presence is very warm with kindness.

Hi everyone! I'm updating my review, as I am getting many people reaching out for information and asking questions. I'm still very happy I had the surgery and would do it all over again. One of the things Dr. Legha doesn't recommend, pregnancy after bypass! And for good reason. In 2015, at the age of 41, I unexpectedly found out I was pregnant. I was forced to consume more calories than normal and more often. Needless to say, I went from a size 2/4 to a 12/14. At 41, there wasn't at body snap back. With postpartum depression, its made weight loss tough. I went back to the nutrition binder I was given and started over at phase 1. I'm back down to a size 8! I still don't even feel hungry, I eat because I have to. Just remember, this surgery is ONLY A TOOL, you have to put the work in! I'm putting the work in...again!! Horrible bedside manner. Runs in room and leaves, without answering questions. Is very cold and unfeeling. Refused a consulting Drs recommendation. Was abusive to the patient.

I recently had an appendectomy procedure done by Dr.Legha. It was my first surgery in 20 years. His entire staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Legha is a man of few words but extremely professional and courteous. He answered all of my questions promptly. It felt comfortable to be in the operating room under Dr.Legha. In the unfortunate event if I have to have another surgery I know it should be Dr. Legha.

I got my Gal Bladder removed by Dr.Legha. I did not know him before, just got admitted to the ER and Dr.Legha was the Surgeon that day. He explained the situation by drawing my gal bladder condition on the board to make us understand better, which was a great idea. He is an expert at what he does, i totally trusted him in that 10min talk that we had and said yes for the surgery by him. It went very well and had no major post-surgical side effects, after a week i went back to him for a post-surgical followup. He said that i healed well and explained the pathological report clearly. I would totally recommend him.
