Ranjana Sood's Online Review Report Card

What a blessing I found Dr. Sood. Extremely thorough and very patient, she looks at test results like she is my primary doctor, suggesting what should be done.

I have been seeing Dr. Ranjana Sood for the past three years and I absolutely love her. Dr. Sood and her team are very professional, caring and have excellent bedside manners!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose my condition, and ordered test to confirm her diagnosis... which was 100% accurate! She actually listens to what you have to say, what your body is going through. Dr. Sood is an absolutely wonderful person AND Doctor! I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone seeking help.

I suffered for 10 years from debilitating pain in my neck and back. I was referred to Dr. Ranjana Sood vis my PCP and within a couple of sessions, Dr. Sood had a diagnosis. She confirmed this via more tests as my diagnosis did not fit the usual parameters. I have been in her care since 2013 and I am still with her in 2021. She is absolutely wonderful, takes time to answer all my questions, monitors my diet and health and even took the time to show me what she herself eats, to improve my prognosis. When she is unsure of something, Dr. Sood is upfront about it and takes it to the PAMF consultants board for further study. She also coordinates with my other doctors when I have related symptoms. She is not a fan of taking too many x-Rays as she wants to avoid unnecessary radiation, which I seriously appreciate. She has also helped overhaul my medications whenever she feels it is time for a change. She even ensured that my MRIs were approved when my insurance refused to cover it in the first go. A shoutout to Nurse Micaiah L. for ensuring each visit is pleasant and all details are up to date, and especially for following up on all my questions with Dr. Sood and other departments, whenever I have asked her for help.

Dr. Sood is not only a professional doctor but also very considerate with loving heart. She put her heart in your case but also communicated with my oncologist which is a lot of work for her but she tried her best to benefit my sickness. I really appreciate and honor to have such a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Sood: showed up very late, her administrations (via phone call pre visit) communication and pricing was not clear. Dr Sood spent 5 minutes listening to my concerns, and asked a couple simplistic questions not indicative of a "specialist" and offered me nothing other than, "return when you have an acute attack". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Thats why Im here, to prevent an attack! She wasn't able to offer any additional services or testing that would help me solve my problem, wasn't able/willing to prescribe me the medications I needed, then they had the gall to charge me 3x what I was quoted over the phone. You make the call. I know she is in a limited resource medical space but seriously, find another doctor.

I saw Dr. Sood after suffering severe pain in my wrists. My PCP diagnosed osteoarthritis, but Dr. Sood did a very thorough physical evaluation with a complete blood screen. She diagnosed polymyalgia rheumatica and the medication she prescribed had me feeling better within two hours.What really impresses me about Dr. Sood is the time she is willing to take for an evaluation, the degree with which she and her staff have been proactive in informing me immediately of test results and getting medication to me, and the thoroughness of her followup.I am very lucky to have found Dr. Sood. She has had a very positive impact on my quality of life.

I do not understand the negative reviews of Dr. Sood. I came to her as a Disabled Veteran while stationed here for my spouse (leaving back to Texas soon). She took my case knowing I had RA and very troubling and painful Fibromyalgia..she has done everything possible to make my temporary stay here as comfortable as possible and each time I come to see her always listens. She has a great assistant (Mikia..probably spelled wrong) that always always takes very good and gentle care of me. I recommend this doctor and cannot say anything negative about her or her staff..they are always very professional but not to the point that they seem corporate...just love them.

I have been seeing Dr. Sood for shoulder and elbow pain. I have found her to be a very personable and caring physician who spends time to understand my concerns and gather as much information as necessary to make and accurate diagnosis. Recently, I needed to see her and she was fully booked. Through the PAMF system I was able to send her an email and she agreed to come in early to see me. This a doctor that cares.

Dr. Sood has been seeing me for elbow and shoulder pain. I have found her to be very caring and thoughtful to understand my concerns. She came in early when her schedule was full when I was having difficulties and needed to see her. I feel good about the care I receive from her.
