Curtis and the team at Revolutions in Fitness transformed my cycling! After struggling with a nerve issue for over a decade, I honestly thought I'd never be able to fully utilize my hamstrings again. I actually came to Curtis for help with a separate but related issue, a hamstring strain, and he spotted the nerve issue without me even telling him about it. Then, with some physical manipulation, bike fit, strengthening exercises, etc. I am now totally free from the nerve pain. It seemed a lot like magic, and I believe he truly is a wizard. With Curtis and team's help, I was able to break through to a new level of performance I didn't think possible. Just a couple of weekends ago, I rode my local test piece and achieved my best time in four years. An all-time personal record is now within reach, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the progress I've made. If you're a cyclist dealing with similar challenges, I couldn't provide a stronger recommendation.
TLDR: I’ve worked with Colleen (PT), Justin L. (bike fit), and Curtis (bike fit / PT), on ankle, knee, and hip issues. I speedskate and have had a variety of injuries that caused pain speedskating, training for speedskating, and during daily life. The team at RIF has a deep knowledge of the human body and their comprehensive approach to injury treatment and recovery is world class. My injury related pain has been dramatically reduced, helping me train consistently and get back to speedskating. Full review: I competed internationally in speedskating, but quit when I was 23 after struggling with hip and knee injuries. A few years ago (at 31), I picked the sport back up as a hobby. After a fairly serious ankle sprain that I struggled to recover from and a recurrence of knee/hip pain, I considered quitting skating again due to injuries. Fortunately I found RIF. Much of my training is done on the bike so I’ve really benefited from the integrated approach that RIF takes to bike fitting and physical therapy. My symptoms have been root caused and addressed analytically. I’ve repeatedly been impressed by Colleen, Justin and Curtis’s depth of knowledge and their toolbox of approaches. After bike fitting and PT, I’ve been able to get back to training consistently, and injury related pain training and in daily life has been dramatically reduced. I’ve also learned a variety of new techniques for self management at home and while traveling. During and after my speedskating career I’ve worked with a wide range of physical therapists. The team at RIF is top notch; I just wish I had found RIF sooner. Also, Justin C. at the front desk has made scheduling very easy. Thank you Colleen, Justin L, Curtis, Justin C, and RIF!
Revolutionary in Fitness: organise virtual preliminary meeting before Bike Fitness. Wise questioning what the client expectation from the fitting and advice what to bring there. The Fitness by itself is in the gym where PT practitioners work individually. Our room is aside and we worked with Jamii to resolve better fit around two hours. Lots of tiny movements which I could not measure and fix on my own! I should be able to practise easier for my long multiple days rides! Thank you RIF! BTW, RIF works with Olympic champions as well.
I went in for a bike fit with Justin and Chad. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. They immediately identified and fixed the issue that has been causing me knee pain while cycling. Beyond that, they continued to perform tests and measurements both on and off the bike to make adjustments that left me with a cycling setup that feels 10x more comfortable and natural than what I've been riding with. I wish I came here for a bike fit much sooner!
I was referred to Justin by my LBS after describing some asymmetrical fit issues I was experiencing. The experience with Justin was just first rate in all regards. He is super knowledgeable and easy to work with. The facilities are beautiful with great equipment for PT and the fit process as well as locker rooms, etc. Justin is very methodical and works through your bio mechanics and medical history in detail before doing any riding analysis. And it mattered a lot. This all started with a pre-fit interview via video and then the in person session with my bike on the trainer. And Justin has all the fancy measuring tools and video systems but he also able to see these as a starting point to suggest what is needed for your body specifics. If you want some kind of comparison for style/approach look at the youtube series from Road Cycling Academy that they did with Neill Stanbury. It’s that level of professional expertise layered on top of the tools. It’s not a generic fit process at all. He really understands the body and biomechanics. It’s amazing how small changes made me feel so much better almost immediately on the bike. I can’t wait to get riding on the road and do some PT to strengthen/adapt to the tweaks we made. We are starting small and working through it as a process. I also have a full report from Justin detailing history, process, initial measurements, changes, and resulting measurements as well as full measurements of my bike setup so it can be replicated in the future (going to work through it for my indoor training setup too). All I can say to sum it up was that I was so frustrated I could not figure things out and it was really impeding my riding progress and enjoyment. I was second guessing everything about my setup and saddle. Now I feel like we have nailed it and am confident I am on the way to pain free efficient riding for the long term. Highly highly recommend. You will not regret it.
Recent bike fit customer. They don't come any better than Chad. He is a fantastic fitter. I have no doubt that my road bike will be substantially more comfortable. Chad went way beyond my expectations.!
Saw Justin Lucke the bike fitter and was highly impressed over all the things we covered in our two hour session. If you're a cyclist of any kind I highly recommend seeing Justin for a professional fitting. It makes a world of a difference!
Jessica listened carefully to my concerns and was very professional in describing the treatment process
I ride a lot and had never done a bike Fit. Why did I wait so long? Justin was awesome and made some adjustments to increase comfort and efficiency. Wish I would have done it sooner.
Justin is amazing. I came in with vague comments about how my hip hurts in the mornings or how I feel like my back rounds out too much sometimes but not all the time, and he found out so many things. Tweaking my cleat positioning, realizing my saddle is way too wide for my sit bones, raising my handlebars and recommending I get a shop to install a specific spacer for some extra height, the list goes on. He noticed my knee was flaring out at the very top of my stroke, so he took me to a bench and found my right hip needed some serious range of motion work. One quick resistance stretch later and I gained over 15 degrees of flexion, then hopped back on the bike and it felt like I was riding something new again. Cannot recommend enough if you ride more than casually, because you can put some serious hurt into your body if you keep doing the same thing wrong without realizing it.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
