I haven’t yet decided if I will go through with the tummy tuck that I’m contemplating but if I do Dr Lowen would be my first choice. It is very hard to find a Doctor willing to consult with you without a fee. He not only responded to emails personally but spent 1 hour in a zoom consultation with me and my husband. He explained the entire procedure and extra steps of care and techniques he uses to provide the best and safest results. He answered all our questions. Was very kind and made me feel at ease and confident in his profession surgical experience. I can’t say enough about how helpful it was to speak to Dr Lowen and how much I appreciate him taking the time. Thanks again!

I have called this office at least 4 times, every time during business hours and every time I have gotten the answering service. On my 4th or 5th, I have lost count, I decided to give up and see this as a sign to search out someone else.

He changed my life. I still have the filler he placed over 4 years ago. Changed my life forever, and it was an area I wasn’t even thinking of or knew could be augmented five out of five stars.

This review is for the initial complimentary consultation for tummy tuck.I had a virtual visit with Dr Lowen and I must say one of the best of all the appointments I have ever had. I had no Dr put in so much of his time and his patience even with all the technical glitches on my end.He was so thorough in explaining everything about the procedure. His step by step explanation with screen share of pictures on his website,what would be expected pre,during and post procedure. Healing time post op 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 2 months, 3 months,everything explained pretty much layer by layer. I am so impressed.The quote and how that quote is determined. No hidden cost. He wasn't sugar coating about how my belly is. I needed someone to tell me that I do need an invasive procedure with all that belly.This tele visit was really better than the other onsite consults I had.With my moderate budget, I am still exploring but I really wanted to write this review for the consult. Really good TeleMedicine manners.

Alice is the BEST! I feel totally confident and at ease with her ability/ skill set. She also has her patient's best interest at heart. Highly recommend.

I've been a patient now for about a year. Alice is the nurse practitioner I come to see and I would highly recommend her to anyone! She is very knowledgeable and I am 100% happy with all my results! She is great at recommending treatments best suited for me. If I am interested in anything, she is easy to talk to about the pros and the cons and see if that treatment is suitable / needed for my specific needs. The entire office staff is very welcoming and kind!

I have had the best experience with the services I’ve received from this practice. Dr. Lowen and his staff are excellent, especially Alice who does my Botox and filler treatments and recently added their newly acquired state of the art laser to my treatment plan to help the Rosacea that’s plagued me for 30 years. It’s given my face a “lift” and greatly improved the texture of my skin, so much so that several people commented on how good I looked after my last treatment! I followed Alice from another practice and it is a big trek to get to her now, but definitely worth the effort! I highly recommend Dr. Lowen and Alice to meet or exceed your esthetic desires!

The office has recently opened back up post Covid-19 shut down and I was able to get an appointment last week. Alice Tung the NP is amazing, honest, and professional. I live in Oakland and go all the way to Mountain View to see her. That right there should say it all! She is life changing. The office is clean and the staff is very professional. I appreciate the way Dr. Lowen is handling the post Covid-19 protocols. He goes above and beyond to ensure not only his clients, but that he and his staff are safe. Marissa at the front desk also deserves 5 stars! She is very helpful and will walk you through any questions you may have.
