Shiva Singhal's Online Review Report Card

This doctor was not knowledgeable. I know more about my condition than she does. Ask to see someone else.

If I could individually warn other patients away from this woman, I would. We were sent to Dr. Singhal for a second opinion on my wife’s condition (cancer). Dr. Singhal was not only unprofessional (prone to hysterics), she does not believe in the mind/body connection. She offered no hope to my wife, and told her flat-out: “You will not survive.” When my wife defended herself and told Dr. Singhal that we were going for a miracle, Dr. Singhal threw up her hands and left the room. She returned later to apologize but continued to berate my wife for not agreeing with her dire prognosis. Despite the rest of us telling Dr. Singhal how imperative HOPE is for cancer patients, she continued to rub my wife’s face in the futility of her hope. My wife’s outlook after being “treated” by Dr. Singhal quickly deteriorated. If you’re looking for a hematologist/oncologist, do not look here. Her track record of keeping patients alive is dismal and her bedside manner is abhorrent.

Dr. Singhal not only gave us 2+ years more with our mom, with Stage III lung cancer, she saved her soul, she was our second opinion. She gave my mom hope. She believes in you! She believed in my mothers ability to fight, and they did so as a team. She stood by mom's side, across country and local. she accustomed the care according to the life my mom needed to live. She saved us all as a family. I highly reccommend her if you need hope and a fighter.

My experiences with Dr Singhal has been fantastic! She is a very good communicator and is very through. I would highly reccommend her.

Dr. Singhal was my oncologist in San Andreas & it was she her diagnosed me two years ago & subsequently treated me until, sadly left that practice. I loved her like she was my family & I miss her so very much. I've been since diagnosed with 4th stage kidney disease & osteoporosis & now have itching all over. We still don/t have a permanent oncologist in SanAndreas, so it's even more of my sincerest wishes she were still here.I wish I could just talk to her. She always gave me hugs & taught me how to have a positive attitude. I'm trying! She is the best doctor & lady.

Dr. Singhal was truly a life saver... I had suffered for over 6 years with unexplained itching....I made an appointment with her and within a few days I was diagnosed with Polycythemia. She has had me on the road to dealing with they disease and living the best life I can.

I had been suffering for over 6 years with symptoms no doctor could explain. Within 3 days of seeing Dr. Singhal I was diagnosed with Polycythemia. Not great to have this but I am now on my way to learning how to manage my cancer and how to live with life the best way I can!

Not good

Dr. Singhal is excellent. She takes time to explain and answer questions. She shows tremendous compassion, expertise, and attention to detail. I'm very grateful that she has been able to treat my mother.
